La Coupe

Went in today due to all the 5 star reviews on here. I walked in through the back and walked through the entire place and was never approached by any employees, they all just stared at me but no one asked me if I needed anything. The place was completely packed and I saw someone not doing anything and to my surprise it was the famous Larissa. I approached her and said I needed a brow wax and she stared at me and said nothing. I told her a second time and still no answer just a stare and after a couple seconds of awkward staring she said she was too busy and had lots of customers and couldn’t help me. I said thats fine can I make an appointment with you and she said no not today come next week as she is not doing anything and no customer in sight for her. I said again thats fine when next week will you be available and she said sometime next week, at this point I just walked out. She was rude and the services was horrible I will never come back to this place even if the waxing is painless. the experience was painful enough.

i love this place! ive been getting my hair cut for the past 2 years! she is so great! mazal is so experienced and very talented! i would recommend her to anyone! shes the best!

loved the cut and blow out I received. Mazel gave me exactly what I asked for and the prices are fantastic. It is no frills so if you are looking for over the top this is not the place for you. It is a nice salon with nice people and great service. I see the other comments and I am not sure what happened. I have been going here and my friend and her family members go here and all are very happy.
