I just gave you guys another chance and didn’t get past the vacuum station without turning around and leaving. I have never been told by a car wash that my car was too dirty so I need to pay more. I’m a mom of 2 kids so there is a bit of sand etc in the back seat but it’s really not bad at all… and if you are going to vacuum anyway, what’s the difference. Your manager was once again a misery and rude… I didn’t bother arguing I just turned around and left. I know there are people who are dirty and messy and don’t have a true concept of how dirty their car or whatever else is, but I’m not one of them. This was just a stupid ploy to get me to spend more. I’ll go to a car wash that considers cleaning my car part of their job, not an added inconvenient. You were already charging me extra for the SUV, that should cover the extra work!

Gave this place too many chances. $ 30 is same as regular, don’t waste your time and money. No you won’t get the air freshener and make sure to have a rag in hand to wipe Dirt off your car after the wash. Rude guys. Want money back and my promised air freshener. Total trip time 1 hour 20 min.

The most horrible car wash on town …
Waste of your money. They treats customers very badly and and dont ge the job done. This was the second time i went there … The guys said my car is too dirty so he wanted to charge me extra when then didnt even do the job properly the last time … Horrible service rude people stay away from this place.

Well, I brought my car to get a car wash, I was behind a mini van waiting to get vacuum. I was behind this mini van for 15 to 20 minutes still waiting to get vacuum. I notice they where changing her wipers, her tail light. I’m like, WTF!!! The guy that gave me the ticket did not do anything or apologize. 4 cars that where on the side of me already had there cars wash. The guy could of said, come to the side to get vacuum since I was way before other cars. So I am not ever coming to this car wash ever. So be warned, they don’t care about you, bad business.

So the only hand car wash close to me was busy so despite the reviews I gave this place a chance. I had been here before years ago. I went for a wash and not detail but to have some stains removed from my seats (toddler infused stains you don’t see until after you remove car seat) They charged me $ 50. I was still skeptical because of the reviews but it needed to get done so I took a shot. Let me tell you besides the loud whiny bratty spoiled kid in the lobby, my experience was great! Got there about 345 left about an hour later with my car looking better than it did when I drove it off the lot. I felt bad not having more cash to tip! My car looks and smells amazing! I honestly thought for the $ 50 they would spot treat all the stains… Nope! They did all my seats! Front, back, sides! The wash, interior, the tires … My car look amazing! So don’t let the reviews scare you off. I didn’t and luckily for me the gamble paid off! I will definitely being going back again.
Only complaint I do have is they have signs posted for free wifi but when I asked the lady at the front said it didn’t work. An hour without wifi is literally my only complaint (I survived)

I drove to this place on a Monday afternoon at 2:07. I was STOKED to see no cars and all of the employees standing around. Quick in and out and my car would look good as new.
I pulled up and one of the employees, who was playing soccer with the other employees in the parking lot, vigorously waved me away. I pulled up and rolled down my window.
«We’re closed» he said as he brushed me off.
«When will you be open again?» I asked
«I don’t know, twenty minutes? Just come back tomorrow» He said as he ran off chasing the soccer ball with his buddies.
I was dumbfounded. And rejected. And left. And my car is still filthy.

I was there Friday and noticed yesterday before going to the gym that my workout gloves were stolen. I call them yesterday to let them know and the lady who answered didn’t apologize. All she said was call back tomorrow when the manager is here. Just called again, and she said the same thing. They don’t even wash the car good nor do they vacuum it good. I would stop here just because it was convenient. But never again… DONE!!!

Bad car wash. The owner only employs 1 guy inside the wash from wheel wash to the car wash a-​z and the tracks moves so fast the car comes out dirty.

I’ve been coming here for several years to have my vehicles washed and vacuumed. On my last several visits, the «gentleman» who prepares the tickets was very slow to take my order (he was texting on his cell phone) and actually acted as if it was an inconvenience for him to come over and do his job. I’ve noticed over the past several visits the car wash has not been up to par; I;ve had to have the workers completely re-​dry the rocker panels, clean the interior dashboard and gearshift console and re-​vacuum the interior (they did not vacuum under the carpet mats!) All this creates extra time (and stress) for me as I have to inspect the vehicle just to ensure they are doing what they are paid to do.
Management needs to have its employees step up its level of service.

When I asked the older Manager why my car was first in line to be washed, yet, the last to come out of the queue, he told me to «go sit my ass down». Seeing as he was aged, he’s lucky he didn’t end up on the ground. Needless to say, no one in my family will be returning.

Been coming here for years. $ 3 in quarters stolen from my ashtray today. Really? Even gave them a $ 4 tip before noticing. This car wash wasn’t even that great to begin with… Now after 6 years of coming here, this will be the last time bc someone couldn’t keep their grimy fingers out of some pocket change.

The WORST CAR WASH and RIP OFF. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
The incompetent, no English speaking, lazy worker didn’t even vacuum thoroughly nor wipe down the inside of the vehicle and when I showed him why the inside was not wiped clean he handed me the towel to clean it myself. . How UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE, why am I paying them if I am cleaning vehicle myself.
I ask to speak to person in charge, an old man by the name of «ASH» reluctantly came, coldly took the towel out of my hand, and started walking away as I was trying to explain the concern what a DISGRACE.
To top of it off the bleached blonde lady at the register LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Plenty of car washes around so DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE !!

Beware of this place, last time I was there they wrecked my car into another car. Unfortunately for them the owner of the other car witnessed the whole thing. No damage to my car but the other car had some front damage to the hood of his car. They hit my car from the back with his car. To make matters worse the workers were not even going to let me know my car was hit. The guy whose car was wrecked, went asking around to locate me. All the mgr did was gave me a free coupon for a free car wash. Now why would I want to return for a free car wash? And just like others have said, they don’t even do a good job at times. They’ll never see me again.

I’ve been going to this car wash for years and Oscar is a great guy! I received a detail car wash and they did an amazing job! I had so much stuff in my truck so they couldn’t get to it. But Oscar said that I could come back and so I did. They completed my truck with no questions asked. I love the fact they also put in an oil change station. So you get a free car wash if you get your oil changed by them (GREAT DEAL!). They finish the car with professionalism.

I TAKE MY CARS TO THIS PLACE FOR PAST 10 YEARS NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD, BECAUSE I’M SUPER BUSY AND I DON’T HAVE A TIME TO FIND A GOOD ONE !
Here is my story:
I took one of my cars to this place 3 weeks ago and I ended up with BROKEN BREAK SENSOR, I talked to the owner (Maurice) after I saw CHECK BREAK SENSOR sign in my car when I turned on the engine after carwash was done, he said I should take my car to the dealer ship asap, So I took my car to the dealership next day and they said carwash brook my car break sensor so they should change it to new one which is cost $ 1500 and they did.
I went to la cienega carwash few days after I fixed my car to talk to the owner and explain the situation, He said that’s true, Carwash rail can break some of the sensors in lower cars but they are not responsible for that and there is nothing he can do for me but he won’t put my car over the rail next time and he make sure to wash the car outside for me.
Today, I took my car for wash to this place again and I remind them to wash my car outside, they said it cost $ 30 and it takes 45 min, I found the owner and I asked him if he can give me a better deal after what happend to my car last time, He said NO MAM, I CAN’T DO THAT, I KNOW YOU ARE A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS BUT I LOOSE MY MONEY THIS WAY,.
REALLY? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
FIRST OF ALL, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT IS NOT SAFE FOR LOWER CARS TO GO OVER CARWASH RAIL, SECOND OF ALL ONE CARWASH COST ME $ 1500 PLUS SO MUCH TROBBLE & HEADECH AND I DIDN’T EVEN SUE YOU, NOW YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY OVER $ 30?

*My car got dented this morning at this car wash thanks to their faulty conveyor belt *
I’ve come here for the last year or so to get my car washed. This morning I’m watching my car go through their car wash and I notice that the cars are being loaded onto the conveyor belt really, really fast. I mean, the conveyor belt itself is going too fast.
Well, they get to my car, my new Mercedes, and it gets loaded super fast. A silver BMW comes flying down behind it and slams into my car. At first, I couldn’t believe it happened but I’m watching the guys in the car wash jump back and look around. So I’m like, «WTF just happened?» So I start to walk out and talk to someone and I realize that I have two options. I can talk to the bleached blond witch at the front counter with the terrible attitude or I can talk to the group of cleaners who don’t speak English. So I wait for my car to come out, look at it really closely and it doesn’t look like it’s been messed up. I take another close look after they’re done drying it, and it looks fine. Then I get home and kneel down and take another look out in the sun and there it is — the dent in my bumper.
Here’s the kicker: the people at this car wash are so «I don’t give a sh*t about the customer» and so irritating to deal with that my new Mercedes Benz was damaged at this car wash and I’m just gonna walk away. These people are not even worth it to deal with. They don’t care, they’re rude and miserable. I will never go back here. I shouldn’t have been a customer for as long as I have. I won’t be back. Shame on me for even being their customer for so long. Lesson learned.

I didn’t realize all of the carwash places on south Robertson blvd were closed so I had to make a quick decision to cut over to La Cienega for a wash. I found that it was a quick and decent car wash midday midweek. I didn’t have to wait long and they did a job to be expected on my little car for a mere 12.99 — I mean, what do you expect for 12.99? There are more expensive washes to choose from that include more detailed work. I’d be willing to try them out in the future.
They vacuumed, cleaned inside (somewhat) and outside and got it back to me in less than 20 minutes.
Inside was a generic selection of car fresheners and beverages. Shrug. I’m very low maintenance when it comes to carwashes. It might be a different story when I get a new car — but with mine — as long as the dirt is scrubbed off I’m good.
Would I go back? Probably, it was ok. And, they have a taco truck outside. I might go simply to try the taco truck.
