Kuladevi is a multifaceted wellness company. Our programs (whether you join us away on a retreat or work/​play in a one on one private session) will improve the quality your life by melting stress away, building self-​confidence and managing weight.

We can help you relieve constipation, allergies, fatigue, skin problems, mood swings, bad breath, food intolerance by our detoxification program, and yoga sessions.

Our nutritional plan is customized individually to give yourbody exactly what it needs to stay healthy, andimproving physical and mental health. We keep the plan simple, quick and easy to incorporate into your daily busy life.

Our practice of yoga builds strength, flexibility, boosts energy and will improve your sex life.

There are no gimmicks and no cookie cutter approach to our exercise and nutrition programs. We are all individuals that need programs as unique as we are. Our mission is to promote well-​being and healthy daily living from the inside out.

Meet the Business Owner

Amy Lynn Keith Mitchell K.

Business Owner

Amy Lynn Grover is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor (300hours), NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Re-​connective Healing Practitioner. Amy Lynn is one of the America’s most recognized fitness models and has appeared on countless magazine covers and in feature stories. Trained as a dancer, Amy Lynn quickly found she had a natural ability to express herself through movement — a gift that helped her excel in a modeling career and eventually as an actor and host.

Keith Mitchell is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor (300hours), Re-​connective Healing Practitioner and retired professional athlete. A former NFL Linebacker for eight seasons (in 2000 he was named to the Pro Bowl) and All-​American Outside Linebacker in college, Keith has always been drawn to sports and athletics. Fascinated by both the limitations and abilities of the human body, he brings this knowledge and awareness to his practice as an instructor.
