As a postpartum doula, Infant care specialist and sleep trainer, I work with new parents and their families to offer education, companionship and nonjudgmental support during the postpartum fourth trimester and beyond. I assist with newborn care and family adjustment, while offering evidence-​based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents.

I am a Certified Postpartum Doula having received my training through CAPPA the Childbirth and Postpartum Professionals Association. I hold an infant and child first aid and CPR certification from the American Red Cross. In addition to these certifications, I am trained as a Happiest Baby On The Block Instructor, I am a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, a Certified Sleep Coach/​Trainer, a Certified Infant Care Specialist and an Infant Massage Instructor. I am a member in good standing with the Doulas Association of Southern California. (DASC) I am registered with Trustline, the national caregiver background check bureau and have a full course of immunizations. I am insured with CM&F.
