Gotta love this store, after losing complete hope in finding the cream colored Rihanna x Puma creepers I decided to do one last Google search before giving up all hope. Luckily KicksLA’s website was one that came up from my search. I literally speedway’d myself to Larchmont and picked up my sick new kicks and got a 10% discount, thanks to Unilocal!The staff was friendly and attentive and I had an overall positive experience. I however got my car door smashed into in the midst of all this): be careful opening your car doors when parking on the narrow streets of Larchmont!

Great service and equally good sandals. The lady there was good and attentive despite a busy morning for them. Never got Birkenstocks but I’ll be wearing my new shoes for a while.

Kicks is simply the best. I live in this neighborhood and have been going here for over 15 years. All the peeps that work there are really friendly and have a real passion for sneakers. they always take great care of me!
plus, they get a great assortment of shoes from hurraches and cons to birkenstocks and jordans. there is always something for everyone!

This store is amaaaaaaazing! They have really cool workers whenever I go into the store and they’re always having cool events. I definitely recommend this store to any sneaker head or anybody in particular looking to get some cool kicks. I love you kicks!

I’m from New York but anytime I’m on the West Coast Kicks LA is the first place I go to for kicks best customer service, great conversation and a lot of selection not to mention to the deals you catch. Definitely a gem and other stores should model after them. And when I’m home and I can’t get what I need I give Em a call on the chance that they have what I need and Bryan ships my stuff free to NY. What’s better than that?! Best spot on the west coast hands down

I went in looking for a pair of Nike’s BG and Burto went above and beyond to find them, they ended up finding the last pair in my size at there wearhouse. the shoes where in store the next day. thanks so much to the staff at kiks I will always be a customer

Ive been with kicks now for almost 11 years. There the best shoe store around. Yes you can shop at other places but Kicks is a family. That the first place I call and shop at and no where else

I’ve never received such excellent service. All the employees there are always so helpful and full of knowledge on all the products. I also love the pop up shops that they have, I will always recommend where you get your kicks in LA.

I don’t even want to give them any star… I was there with my friends and we bought 4 pairs of Nike shoes and they don’t have my size so it need to be order. I paid the shoes and was expecting to receive in a week, however they forgot to place the order which they already charged and promised it will be shop out… then I called to remind them a week later they called me back and said the shoes is not longer available. I was like… whAt! And they said I have a option of having one feet size 4 and another feet in size 5 as a pair if I want… ridiculous!
Don’t ever go to this place, and most of the review here are true. Their employees are so rude and don’t know anything about anything.
I will never be back and hopefully no one will shop with them ever.

I’ve been looking forward to purchasing my first pair of Asics. I came into Kicks LA because I’ve been following them on Twitter and Instagram. I didn’t even get greeted. I held two shoes in my hand for about 5 minutes and no one offered to grab a size. Instead, all 3 men chatted with each other and ignored my boyfriend and I. After that unfriendly customer service I will never return to this location. They didn’t have the shoes I was looking for anyway.

Went here the other day to look for some sneakers. Reviews are on the money the staff is full of young punks and their friends that just sit around. I was never acknowledged and I didn’t even know who worked there. Overheard them talking about their bitches and getting drinks. Really?! Awesome service there. The name has changed to la kicks which makes no sense because this place barely had any sneakers or shoes. Looks like they are trying to give off a Urban sneaker store vibe but don’t have any shoes a footlocker wouldn’t carry. Options were limited had few chucks and Nike running sneakers. Don’t waste your time in here nothing to see with a bunch of losers «working»

This place is called Kicks LA now and is filled with douchbag employees that think they are too cool. Walked in the store today and there were 3 – 4 employees standing around the register. There was no one else in the store but me. None of the employees said anything to me or asked if I needed help so I left. On my way out, one of the male employees made some snarky ass comment about the sports team that I was wearing. Regardless of what team you root for, there’s no need to be rude to a customer. Sit your ignorant ass down and learn how to do your job properly.

Positives: nice store layout. Clean easy to find type of shoe by section. Good selection of hip Kids, woman’s and men’s shoes!
Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The often also have great sales. Trendy selection of shoes. Per square footage this has to have the best design and layout compared to any other store on Larchmont — given the size.
Negative: I can’t think of many. I would u only say I wish this store was bigger and had a bigger selection.
Novelty: the design and selection of shoes are edgy and cool — they all seem to be current demanded styles!

Called today to see if they had a particular shoe in stock that I need and the guy who answered the phone said «hell no». I was surprised considering I seen so many great customer service reviews. Needless to say I will not be going here!!!
