Dr. Mha Atma S. Khalsa is a graduate of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, one of the nation’s oldest and most respected chiropractic colleges. He has been in practice since 1979. He is a diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, licensed by the California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and a member since 1979 of the American Chiropractic Association and the California Chiropractic Association.
Thousands of patients of all ages (5 days old to 95 years old, to be exact) have experienced the benefits of chiropractic care at Khalsa Chiropractic. Most of our patients come to us through personal, word-of-mouth referrals and/or from our neighborhood; some are referred through their insurance plans.
Dr. Mha Atma has helped patients with many health problems, including headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, knee pain, foot problems, and many other health conditions.
History
Established in 1979.
Dr. Mha Atma started his practice in his living room in 1979, moving soon to a one room upstairs office nearby. Khalsa Chiropractic moved to its current location on San Vicente Blvd. in Los Angeles in the Fall of 1980.

Dr. Mha Atma S. Khalsa graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1978 and started his practice in his living room in 1979, moving soon to a one room upstairs office nearby. Khalsa Chiropractic moved to its current location on San Vicente Blvd. in Los Angeles in the Fall of 1980.
Dr. Mha Atma has attended hundreds of hours of postgraduate seminars and workshops in subjects such as Applied Kinesiology, Chiropractic Orthopedics, Motion Palpation, and yogic healing. He loves his work and is deeply grateful for the opportunity to help others find health and balance in their lives. He and his wife, Martha, have been married since 1973 and have three grown-up children.
In 1989 Dr. Mha Atma founded Earth Action Network, a letter-writing project aimed at promoting environmental healing and social justice. His other interests and activities include cycling, playing guitar, hosting monthly folk music gatherings, and spending time with his family.
