Keri White – The Agency

Our family had purchased a townhouse in Playa Del Rey in early 2013 with Keri. We absolutely loved our home, but were looking to grow our family with another bedroom. My husband and I had been casually looking for a single family home in Playa Del Rey/​Westchester just to see what was out there. I found a house that I just had to have and gave Keri a call with a major time crunch. She had to put our house on the market and sell it, and get us into this new house with our contingency. And she had to do it in this crazy market!
It was a stressful process in all ways. We had to pack up our current house, stage it with professional pictures, and get it on the market to show the new owners of our dream home. Then we had to make sure the owner of that dream home chose us amidst all the other offers. Keri remained calm, relaxed us, took care of all the professional pictures, had our house up on the MLS, and had our open house scheduled in record time. We got multiple offers before the actual open house with just her brokers open. She helped us pick the right buyers, who not only were great clients on paper, but people who would truly take care of our beloved home and love it.
It was a tedious process, and right when we thought we would pass the finish line, there was a holdup in our buyers’ loan from the bank. Keri remained calm, and assured us that it would happen. Many think that anyone can buy/​sell homes with just a real estate license. Beware! Keri knows all the loopholes and tricks of the trade, and truly looks after the interest of her clients.
Keri has a way of interacting with all of the different real estate personalities out there. A lot of agents these days only look at the dollar signs, but Keri actually really cares about her clients being happy. This girl never stops working! We are three for three with this amazing woman! She sold our previous home for top dollar and has now gotten us into 2 of our dream homes. I highly recommend working with her!

Keri is awesome. I was a first-​time homebuyer and had little idea what I was getting into. She came with me to see so many places all over West LA, I pretty much felt like her only client. She all but held my hand through the whole process, patiently answering tons of questions (even well after close!) and helped me navigate difficult buyers. I can be indecisive, but am so happy with the place we found. I certainly don’t want to move again soon, but would love to work with Keri when I do!

She was there for us every step of the way — from patiently showing family members places before we moved across the country to the final closing. Not only was she just an email or a call away, but she also had recommendations for everyone else involved: lenders, inspector, electrician, plumber, etc. EVERYONE WAS AMAZING! With Keri and her team we were able to get the home we wanted, and no matter how trivial our questions might have been, Keri always answered them quickly without making us feel silly for asking (and we asked about absolutely everything). She knows the market, is super familiar with LA, and is always there to help if you need her. If you’re looking for a kind, patient, attentive real estate person with a great personality, look no further!

I’ve worked with a lot of different realtors over the years, but Keri was the first one who really listened to what I wanted in a new home and made the extra effort to help me find it. I was a challenging client, but she gave me lots of attention, was totally on top of the details, was a strong negotiator, and helped me to get the best price possible. I always felt like she was truly my advocate. I highly recommend working with Keri!

You are beyond professional and outstanding at what you do. From the day we started looking, driving around downtown, Santa Monica, Hollywood and every inch of the valley you have been nothing less than amazing. The time you’ve spent with me and the time you’ve spent on me is priceless to me. I appreciate you doing everything in your power to make it close and to make it easier on me. You’ve never hesitated to get something down for me no matter how odd the request. You’ve been quick to respond and always there for answers making me feel like a priority.
