Kamel Rebbouh – Private Chef

Our family has had Mr. Rebbouh prepare menus for several special occasions and if I didn’t love to cook so much myself, I would absolutely love to have him take over my kitchen full time!
He is both experienced in creating varied menus for long-​term clients and amazing dishes for one-​time events. Everything I’ve tasted has been detailed, full of flavor, and obviously made with organic ingredients handpicked with care so we all feel great afterward. He’s able to make dishes that both impress adult palettes and that my kids love too! :)
Kamel has always been very easy to make arrangements with and takes careful note of any dietary restrictions or taste requests. He’s a pleasure to have in the home and is professional and punctual. I can’t wait to hire him again!

I recently attended a small private dinner party hosted at my close friend’s home in Woodland Hills and he hired Mr. Rebbouh to prepare and serve one of the most elegant, refined meals I’ve had since living in Los Angeles. The dinner was fantastic!
We started with a charcuterie style appetizer — a selection of fine cheeses, French butter, local honey, fresh baked bread, speck and olives.
The second course was a butter lettuce salad with tomatoes, a lovely lemon vinaigrette and a soft boiled egg on top. The chef then told me how to make the egg at home, which I’ve done a bunch of times and LOVE it. He was gracious enough to also tell me how to make the vinaigrette!
The main course was roasted duck with potatoes and a tomato concoction. EVERYTHING was positively PERFECT. Each course was simple, elegant, refined, made from scratch.
The chef insisted that this was a «simple dinner — nothing fancy». Now all I wish for is to be invited to a party where he’s cooking something fancy!
all in all… HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a perfectly executed private dinner affair :).

I had the pleasure of tasting Mr. Rubbouh’s food while he lived in Washington, DC. I had him cater a small dinner party. He was very professional and the dishes he prepared were well received. I believe my favorite dish of the evening was his Beef Bourguignon. It had the richest, most savory flavor I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely use his services again.
