Kaitlin Court

It’s been over a month since I’ve moved out and I miss this place already! Not only was this location prime but the staff is super nice and friendly! Tatyana really cares for everyone and I always enjoyed talking to her whenever I saw her around the building.
Within the year and half I lived there anytime we had a request they were very attentive. They also kept the building very clean at all times.
For the location and price this is a must see! Ralph’s is down the street, restaurants are just about everywhere. Oh and this place is super dog friendly which is an added plus if you have a fur friend in your household!

I am sad to say it is my last month in Kaitlin Court. Tatyana is a great manager who really cares about her tenants. Not only is Tatyana awesome so is the Maintenance staff! Anytime you need anything done they are there that day with a smile on their face.
For an old and dog friendly complex the place is also very clean. They do a great job getting rid of the land mines in the grass that irresponsible dog owners fail to pick up.
For the location, price, and service, you will not find a better place to live in the area.

I have lived at Kaitlin Courts for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it has been the best leasing experience I have ever had. I have rented a lot of apartments where management doesn’t care about the people living in their complex or the condition of their units. Since Tatyana has taken over managing at Kaitlin Courts, I have been amazed at how much she cares about the building and residents. During my time here, the communal washing machines have all been replaced with new ones that take credit cards, and do a great job of washing clothes. She has also worked tirelessly to keep the complex safe and clean. During my stay I have never had to call maintenance, or deal with appliance issues. Overall my experience here has been exceptional. If you are looking for a good mid priced and quality apartment in Hollywood, I would certainly recommend checking out this complex.

My girlfriend and I have lived in this building together now for over 2 years, and I’m not sure if the saying goes that ‘the building is as good as the management’, but it sure feels that way, and since our new manager Tatyana Klimenko stepped in at the end of 2014, everything began to improve all around and it became a pleasure to live here.
She really, really, REALLY cares. I bet she doesn’t sleep at night if she knows that something is wrong or that one of her tenants isn’t happy. This is such a wonderful experience when the person in charge of your building truly cares about the well-​being of her tenants and the atmosphere in the building. Within a couple month of her being here, everything that was broken started getting fixed: garage lights, sauna, we got new laundry machines, appliances are being replaced… all the things that you would expect from management that gives a &@!#… And if there is something that she isn’t able to do, trust me she’s trying.
So while the building still needs some work I know that we’re well on our way and our prayers have been answered… literally… prayers. You can read other reviews to get a sense of what I mean.
So if you’d like to live on a beautiful street, close to so many great places, grocery stores, restaurants, and possibilities, in a building that’s managed with care and constant strive for the best, then Kaitlin Court is your destination. As long as Tatyana is here, we’re in good hands.

Stephanie Houfek, property manager for Decron Properties «Kaitlin Court Apartments» could not have been nicer or more accommodating when showing me a rental unit at this apartment building. She’s extremely helpful and takes great pride in her work. She’s a top-​notch representative for Decron Properties and I hope that they are aware of what a fine employee that have with Stephanie.

Never have I encountered a less sympathetic, less law-​abiding property management company. They have done so many things to us this week that were completely illegal– from not giving us notification that a company would be using hazardous chemicals around us, to making the chemical company agree to pick up the tab for the hotel we had to get after our home was flooded with said hazardous chemicals, to being unwilling to compensate us in any way for the fact that a remodel was done in the next unit over without following protocols required BY LAW, leaving us exposed to chemicals no one is supposed to breathe within 48 hours.
We’ll be reporting them to every government agency possible, but after looking online and seeing how much lobbying money Decron hands out all over, nothing is likely to come of it. They also have an F rating with the BBB and a solid history of being sued by tenants and losing, not to mention their scads of donations to far right wing republican campaigns.
Before renting from one of their hundreds of complexes in L.A., consider whether you’re willing to have your health compromised for no good reason, with no recompense, and whether you are interested in indirectly funding Sarah Palin’s run for president.
