This is the friendly, neighborhood postal office alternative to a regular USPS location. I’ve never had a bad experience because the people are always friendly and helpful, even when I’ve had package mishaps or what not.(Not packaged correctly or haven’t written the labels etc.) AND they are open super late for a post office! This is extremely helpful when I have last minute shipping needs, and I usually choose to drive to this location regardless of the fact that there’s a USPS location down the street from me.

I don’t know if it’s family or friend that are writing other reviews giving this place a 5⁄5 star rate, but… 1 Star, If any, Is more fitting in my opinion. Unfortunately, around the area I work in there isn’t much of a option to finding a postal office for USPS so this was the location I decided to go on my lunch. All three people who are currently working there are extremely rude, maybe even hate their own jobs(which is fine) but, if you don’t understand the basic customer service policy, please do us a favor and don’t give us that attitude. Plain and simple, would never go back. My opinion is if you don’t know how to run a proper business, just don’t do it.

Would not go back to here! The owner is very rude! I asked if there was any way to send the package with cheaper price? He said, «yes, go there and send it by yourself»?! Damn you, so unprofessional to handle a customer. The place is so messy, boxes are everywhere! They sell used boxes. Why so cheap dude? Overall, very bad experience. Thank God, there is another USPS inside the office depot, across the street!

This is the hardest working post office in America. Most usps centers are run by lazy rude employees but this little Tokyo station is open late(sometimes till 8pm if you’re lucky and has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Peter is the man — he makes sure to take care of you and your business. I wish every post office was run like this. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

My friend told me about this location when I first moved to the area. All I have to say is this Jet Cell/USPS office is AWESOME! Best I’ve ever experienced of USPS. People are helpful, quick and efficient, and suggest the best service by which to send packages. It can’t get better than this, though I have definitely experienced much worse in other post offices around the country. I wish other post offices could follow Jet Cell’s example=)

I’ve been going here ever since I lived in Boyle Heights(I live downtown now). The staff is awesome, they have a huge stock of flat rate boxes, one guy just gave me a whole box of them so I didn’t have to keep coming back. The number one thing about this place is that they are open late, which if you have a hectic schedule you’ll probably end up just coming to this post office because the one by you has cowered and closed for the day already while these guys are still going hard.

I love to go there. The people are so friendly, always give good advice, always look out for you — and it’s in my neighborhood. What a pleasure!

This place is a life saver for me… It is my local post office, box central, and best postage inquiry advice. They usually have a very short line, free parking and friendly service. Does anyone like going to the US Post office anyway???

I LOVETHISPLACE okay you only need 3 reasons to come here, and they are the following: 1. Free parking 2. THEYAREOPENONSUNDAY 3. They guy who works there is a shipping guru. Just show him what you have to ship and he will show you the cheapest, fastest way to get it there. I have always had the friendliest customer service! Every time I go in there he asks me what my nationality is(which isn’t too often so NBD that he doesn’t remember me) and we get into a long conversation. This time it spiraled into foreign production issues lol. Also good to know that a notary comes in a few times a week if you need that service as well.

I can’t tell you how many times the woman running the USPS service at this location saved me. She is extremely informative about delivery times and services; and she’s super friendly and helpful. She even asked the USPS pick-up person to wait a few minutes so I could have my package included in the last pick-up. I love this place!

Service is quick and friendly. Office is in mega disarray but it gets the job done. Only wish I could drop off paid-for-online packages without purchasing some additional postage or having a box that isn’t ready to ship in my stack… but I know they aren’t technically a USPS but a business so I guess that’s the breaks. Very convenient location with a small lot. Bring your parking ticket in for free validation. Technically is a cell phone shop??? Or maybe once was before the post services took over. Can be hard to find if you don’t already know it’s in the little plaza across from the Office Depot on 2nd.

This is located inside Honda Plaza and is a neighbor to Kagaya, Sushi Gen, Aloha and Pho21. Honda Plaza is located in the south east corner of 2nd and Central/Alameda. This is my favorite post office because the service is always great. Peter san is always very helpful and friendly.

Best post office ever. Fast friendly service. The owner always tries to save you money on shipping fees, explaining the fastest and cheapest ways to get your package where it needs to go. It is in a great spot(Honda Plaza) in Little Tokyo, parking is available and they provide validation.

This is my local post office and the Manager(maybe owner) is always so friendly and nice. I look forward to going in there, unlike most post offices. Plus, since its actually called Jet Cell and looks like it ONLY sells cell phones, its like a little secret that ony a handful of us know about. GENIUS! While looking to Unilocal about it, I cam across the following business with the same address: maybe they have two names. In any case, I don’t care what its called… Imma keep going. :)
