I would give 0 stars if I can!
The front desk had nasty attitudes and the doctor obviously didn’t give a shit. I had to go for a urgent blood test and the nurse forgot to include all the elements and made me come back the next day for another blood test. On top of that they did not forget to charge me twice for the tests. Cannot emphasize how rude the nurses are and how ignorant and oblivious they are towards patients. Also the nurse that was taking my blood took so long to find my vein as if it was her first time performing a blood test. I don’t recommend this doctor AT ALL.

Terrible doctor. I do not recommend this doctor at all. He is rude, bad-​tempered, and irresponsible. Such a bad doctor. I wonder if he even has a license or not.

Dr. Jung is a con-​artist. I was assigned by Anthem Blue Dr. James Jung as my primary doctor since I have an HMO. I was given the run around by his office for months. Saying they don’t except new patients but then sending me a welcome letter and even called to schedule an appointment. I go in and they tried to reject me. I threaten to call Anthem and report them, so they let me see the doctor. I wait the hour just to see a lazy doctor who was sitting in his office behind a executive desk. All he did was ask me what my ailments were, didn’t even get up out of his chair. Printed some referrals and sent me on my way. The following weeks I had an injury to my shoulder cuff, by the way was one of the ailments he was supposedly supposed to treat, and came into the office in utter pain, crying and hunched over. He rejects me again! Oh but still tries to get a co pay out of me! I called Anthem desperate and in pain telling them the story and I was told that its against Anthem policy for a doctor to turn you away if you are assigned. He then lied to them when they called to follow up. The pain was so bad I had to go to an urgent care and pay cash. I was diagnosed with severe frozen shoulder, given cortizone shots and morphined and now waiting on an MRI. And he had the audacity to bill me for some blood work I never got. So he clearly just wants a reason to bill the insurance for doing nothing. This doctor is super unprofessional and a true shame.
