Jaime helped my wife and I find a beautiful home in a very desirable neighborhood. She did an excellent job listening to our requirements and coming up with a targeted list of properties to view at very short notice, and when we were ready to put an offer in she moved very quickly to get us the house we wanted. I contacted Jamie before I visited Los Angeles to find a place to live. Initially she was responsive and I thought she was attentive to my needs. I asked her to help me locate an apartment with no stairs and an elevator. To my surprise, the first three listings she sent me all had a flight of stairs in front of them. I asked her if there were elevators in any of the properties and she told me she would look into it. Unfortunately, I never heard from her again.
I understand that locating an apartment with no stairs may have been a difficult task for her, but I would have appreciated if she had been up front about that from the beginning. Instead, she disappeared from communication and I was left wondering whether she would get back to me as my time to search for an apartment ran short.

Inventory was discouraging at first but we hunted and she found a GEM that I love, just in time for my deadline! She was timely in her communication and represented me so well to the landlords in a very competitive market.
TIPS: know what you want and what your non-​negotiables are; have your Credit report and application ready so you can be first on submissions and she will do the rest and guide you through the Lease paperwork, which is so easy!
I would recommend her to any of my friends!!!

Before you waste money at Westside Rental, call Jaime!
Jaime is very friendly and warm. She listens to what you are looking for and then goes far beyond that. Plus, working with her, I found my home in less than two hours.
First, as a renter, I didn’t pay for Jaime’s services, the owner did.
Second, she showed me properties in Santa Monica that were close to the ocean, beautiful, dog friendly and reasonable in price. That’s extremely hard to find in Santa Monica. These properties were not listed under Westside Rental. The properties at Westside Rental that I was looking at before I met Jaime (for the same price), were many blocks away from the ocean and much more expensive.
Thanks to Jaime, I have a completely refurbished home, a jacuzzi in my bathroom, two covered parking spaces and I can walk to the beach with my dog. I never expected to find anything like this, especially in this location!
