Bad experience… this is my first time going to a dr’s office as I went to urgent care a couple of times before when I needed to.
First of all, when I called to make my appointment, they said need to check my insurance, which was fair. The lady called Christina calls me back the next day saying the insurance was checked and all good. and then the day before the appointment, the dr Tsadok himself calls me, telling me he might not be able to see me because my insurance wasn’t checked… Im like what the heck? Your receptionist just called me before and told me it was fine! So he takes time to check it again and told me it was ok.
The day of appointment: I arrived late as there is no parking around, and there was absolutely no one in the waiting room waiting… it’s weird because normally there are tones of people waiting in other places ive been. After like 20min the dr sees me, he just asked me a whole bunch of questions, and did no examinations. N then took my payment n then was to go. Shouldn’t I have done this over a computer? Like that’s all a dr do? just asking whole bunch of questions? I ask him if I can get urine test done and he tells me they don’t do it and I need to go to the lab myself which is somewhere else… Like are you serious? So what does a dr’s office do? just sit there asking questions and collecting patients’ money… And for WHAT?
Anyways so since I wasn’t so happy, they said ok to take my test there and then send to the lab (which should be the norm). and then the reception lady had to call the lab because they had no idea what cup they should use??? Like are you serious… so after like 30min they give me the right cup and I gave the sample and left.
Even when I was leaving there was still no other patients waiting… it just seemed like they are not busy at all. I wonder why… lol
The older receptionist has very poor English she can hardly understand what I say and it was just a pain communicating with her. And then the younger one Christina didn’t seem to know anything! Like I ask her stuff she’s like oh I have no idea coz I have only been here for a week…
The worst thing is, they are supposed to refer me to a specialist but it’s been 10 days and nothing has happened…
The only good thing was when the test results came back the dr himself did call me and told me everything was fine so thanks to him for that.
But the whole experience was pretty bad and it just seems to me that they are not put together and have no idea what they are doing — seems to be disorganized. They seemed to be not caring and just wanted to take the copayment and see you later. I am definitely going to change dr and not recommending anyone to go here.

Saw the doctor once. He wrote me a prescription for 3 months. I told him this was a prescription I have used all my life and need for the rest of my life. He told me I had to come back 3 months for an office visit for a renewal (every other doctor I have visited has written the prescription for 12 months). I came back 3 months later and was the first appointment in the morning. I was the only one in the waiting room and sat there for 30 minutes waiting until I asked when i would be seen. The receptionist told me they would see me now and took me into a room. I sat in the room for an additional 15 minutes until the receptionist came in and told me she need to collect my co-​payment. I told her I had no problem paying, but I was only there to renew my prescription and demanded to know how long would it be to see the doctor. She apologized and informed me it would take an additional 30 minutes (also that it was her 2^nd day). I left and was forced to go without the prescription that I need until January 1^st when I could get proper healthcare.

From the moment I first called, I felt comfortable with the kindness on the other end of the line…
Ana (front desk) is so welcoming. She is very polite, friendly, nice, and really sweet. I knew from that point forward, I was in good hands. Furthermore, her follow-​up with calls and paperwork is outstanding.
Dr. Tsadok is extremely professional about his duties. As well, he also exemplifies a very thorough attitude and behavior in handling my care.
Dr. Tsadok exhibits tremendous courtesy, decency and respect, which makes me feel like more than just another «patient». Furthermore, his punctuality make our time together easier, and I appreciate that.
I am so happy to have found such a wonderful physician who truly cares about his patients’ well-​being
