Coffee shop that sells Boba, Espressos, Fresh Juice, and best of all they have Giant shaved ice w/​all the fixings! plus free wifi! They have great sandwiches too if your hungry.

Very very cute place. The dining room is decorated like your friends’ parents’ living room and the kitchen area looks like a real home kitchen (complete with stained wood cabinets!) I am looking forward to coming here and reading in the mornings.
Cheap by Ktown standards, expensive by rest-​of-​LA standards. My black iced coffee was $ 3.50 but it was cold and delicious. There are also morning combo specials for coffee + waffle/​bagel/​toast which are all ~5−6 $.

Cheaper Coffee!
You can save about 2 bucks from the regular 5 bucks it costs for korean coffee. The coffee is ok. In addition to Korean style shaved ice, this place also sells some pastries. I don’t think they bake them here.

Parking is ok. There is a security guy that will help you. There is also street parking.

Downey, CA
This is a great place to get really good and cheap coffee (only $ 2.50) and get to some studying done (there’s FREE WIFI)! There’s also desserts (the tiramisu and lemon cheesecake are my favorites). I would recommend this place to anyone!
