Born and raised just outside of Los Angeles, I’ve always been an animal lover and can be very outspoken and outgoing. I’m a very passionate person, and family and friends mean everything to me. I work hard, play hard, and believe that life is full of surprises. I’m a bit of a nerd and love PC gaming as well as fantasy-​adventure books and movies.

I have been in the workforce for over 6 years and have 3 years of recruiting experience. After getting a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources at Cal Poly Pomona, I started working as a recruiter. I’ve worked in both corporate and agency environments and have used major and niche job boards as a job-​seeker and an employer. I look at over a hundred resumes a day and interview about a dozen candidates a week. I will use my experience to help you present yourself in the best light during your job search.

I reached out to this service unfortunately because I was dissatisfied with my resume that I had professionally written with another service a month prior. I applied for well over 60 jobs with zero feedback. I realized I needed a resume rewrite as well as a LinkedIn profile revamp. For one resume Inside Recruiter provides a 45 minute telephone consultation, and if you purchase a second resume (to be more geared towards a different role) they provide a 40% discount. Now when purchasing a second resume, this does not extend the 45-​minute consultation time. Because I am spending an additional $ 100 for a second resume I would have appreciated additional minutes added. Not another 45 minutes of course because content will be shared on both resumes, but perhaps another 15 minutes to make the consultation a full even 60 minutes for the two resumes. Megan was prompt, very professional and friendly during the telephone consultation. Nevertheless, I am completely satisfied with my final two resumes that Megan composed. She is a wordsmith! I like the more aggressive tone. Too bad the resumes could not be squeezed onto one page, but two pages is okay and it is better to list all of your principal skills and accomplishments. My LinkedIn Profile seems to flow better and has a better look and feel. I would highly recommend this company’s services. I am currently working with them again on having a cover letter put together and I am confident the results will be fantastic.

I’m going to give this place a solitary one star, and it’s a valid rating IMHO.
I have called at least four times and left messages during normal business hours and not a single one has ever been returned. This is a service based field, mind you, so when you’re searching for a job it would seem like the professionalism and responsiveness of your assistants could be key?
Don’t expect that here. Their service may be excellent, but I’ll never know. When is the last time you called Target or Mazda and just flat out nobody answered? I didn’t leave a flaky, youthful message, btw. It was: here’s my name and contact, I’d like to give you money. One hundred percent future customer.
Nope. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a great experience working with Nate from Inside Recruiter. After an initial phone consultation wherein he asked me questions about my work history and my specific duties, he was able to take my resume and improve the layout and flow of the document, adding more impact than it previously had. It was both visually appealing and made my strengths stand out. Within 2 weeks or so, I began hearing back from employers and recruiters with requests for phone interviews.
On top of the great job Nate did with my resume, he also did a fantastic job of prepping me for an important job interview. I’ve always struggled with interviews and had not been on one in years when I asked Nate for his help. He walked me through some typical interview questions and told me the type of responses employers are looking for. His prepping greatly helped me out and did a lot to help reduce my anxiety going into the interview.

I would highly recommend Natasha to everyone who needs help in Resume and Cover Letter.
She has well knowledge and very professional, especially she is patience and willingly listen carefully what I was trying to say. She had turned my resume and cover letter around and I ended up getting a job offer within 4 weeks.

I had a terrible experience with Inside Recruiter. My resume came back with spelling and grammatical errors. There were spelling and grammatical errors on my Linkedin also. They added absolutely zero insight or expertise. The young woman who did my phone interview basically put down verbatim what I told her and clearly had no industry knowledge and very little resume writing experience. So it felt less like a resume service and more like a expensive dictation service.
What was the point? I could’ve just written it myself. Total waste of money. I sent it back and let them know I wasn’t happy about it for the above reasons. Natasha polished it a little and made it sound semi-​professional though it was still not up to my expectations of how a professional resume should read. The young woman who did the original draft was very argumentative and unprofessional giving insincere empathy and fake apologies along with her bad attitude.

Natasha did a fantastic job turning my resume around!
Initially, Natasha and I had a phone consultation, where she asked all the right questions to get to know me and my past work experience. She mentioned my resume lacked flow and direction, and she did a great job of listening to what I was looking for, and translating it eloquently on paper. She had the resume back to me in a week and was more than happy to answer any further questions and make any necessary tweaks.
