I don’t know about them getting you in and out because the drive thru line took up the whole shopping center and continued on to the street. At my father’s urging, I had to jump out of my parents’ car and wait in line. The line inside was much better. 3 people ahead of me. While waiting for my coveted food items, I watched my food being prepared. The cooks took the time to make sure all of the fixings(tomato, lettuce, etc…) had proper placement. The prep area appeared very clean; floor included. Finally, food is ready and time to head back to my parents and continue off on our adventure. One bite into the double, I could instantly taste my fresh onions. If an onion, makes you cry before it hits your mouth, that’s about as fresh as you can get. I can’t think of a time in which a fast food joint had onions that fresh.

This In-N-Out Burger serves delicious, hot burgers and fries. Conveniently located on Venice Blvd near downtown Culver City, this eatery is a pleasant alternative to the trendy, expensive downtown CC restaurants, within walking distance. The parking lot is very small and congested so be very careful whether you are dining in and looking for a spot or doing drive thru. Actually, now that I think about it, virtually all of the dozen or so INOBurger places I have visited have crowded parking lots. Moving on, the lines here tend to be smaller and quicker than other locations. As they are not as busy, the food tends to come out hot and quick. Dining in: only about 10 or 12 tables in the entire restaurant. I cannot comment about the restrooms as I did not use them. Noise level is average, much quieter than other locations. The numbers: Food quality 5 stars Service: 5 stars Prices: 5 stars Parking: 1 or 2 stars max

This is the closest location to our Apt. We ride our bikes to avoid the long drive through line(which always wraps the parking lot and down the street). I give this location 2 stars because #1 other locations are more welcoming and #2, the last 3 times we went our order was wrong and no apology was made but rather they decided to give attitude for messing up. Although each time it was a different cashier, for some reason — each made zero eye contact and seemed preoccupied with what was out the store front window rather than listening. Of course I didn’t catch any of the orders mistakes because they spout off the order back to you in tongues and the receipt looks like hieroglyphics. Even though I am not happy with this location, it is too convenient and we will be back… Have to get that In N Out Fix!

Just plain good! It is a quality burger for being a drive through place. The milkshake is also a plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always packed but never have to wait long for your food. People this place is amazing.

Small location but they keep it clean. An in-n-out craving doesn’t come along often but when it does, it’s the perfect cheap date food for starving sisters after a long day. We git whole grilled onions and extra L+T! Long line for the drive it but it seemed to be moving quickly. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but there were a few spots when we went.

I looooove In-N-Out but this is definitely not my favorite location. This must have been one of the very first in this area because it’s small and located in a strip mall. Good thing I only go here at the late hours because I can’t imagine the drive-thru line when the business in this strip mall are open. The line stretches through the whole lot at night and then you curves you behind the store, next to some apartments. Inside isn’t any better because it’s hard to wait around for your food because the place is so small. Other than that the food and quality is that of any other IN-N-Out. Love me a Cheeseburger animal style as I write this review.

I love in and out. But this locations service is terrible. Yes they always are slammed, but jeez pay a little more attention to people’s orders! They have gotten my order wrong too many times, I won’t be returning for a good long while. Management — get your crew in line. You may be able to handle the lines in a speedy manner — but if you keep f*cking up the orders what is the point???

I usually never have anything bad to say about in n out but my experience here wasn’t great it was busy I don’t care about that they were moving really fast. They only had one cashier with more with 5 ppl in line. Then a second cashier came he was doing good but made a mistake on one my orders. So when my food came out I had to change a order. When I got home I took a bite out of my burger and two out of three of them still had pink in the middle. Safe say I rather not go back to this location

I’d like to start this review by saying I love IN N OUT and think the food is worth 5 stars. This review is purely based on this location. Came here at around 12:30am on a Saturday night after going to a bar. It was very packed(which was expected) but wow why is it so small??? This is really the smallest location I’ve ever seen, I think it fits maybe 20 people inside, which is odd to me. The staff was not the friendliest either. Usually I feel like the staff at IN N OUT is over the top nice, but not so much here. Also, the parking is an issue. Very small lot for all the stores there, no place to park. Like I said, IN N OUT is fabulous and I do get those famous cravings for their good like any good ol Californian, but I hope I don’t have to come back to this location too often.

I’ve stopped at this location many times while on my way to work. The line is always intimidating but it does crawl along. It gives you time to contemplate what’s ahead even more. In-N-Out is very consistent from location to location. The prices are very fair and the food is fresh. I particularly enjoy the double-double meal.

The west coast might not have water, but they sure got some amazing burgers. It is on my list of must do while visiting California as many foodies have done in the past. If you haven’t tried In-N-Out Burger, you should. If you are a regular at In-N-Out Burger or there is one near your area, my jealously level just rose another notch. I ordered a double single & fries(animal style) and vanilla shake. Animal style is mixed cheese w/onion. Quite delicious. IMO, the best was their burgers w/the spread. It holds up against any fast food and restaurant burgers. It’s simply that good. Everything tasted fresh and clean. There was no over the top grease. It’s a great burger. Did I mention how cheap it is? The top comparison to In-N-Out burger is Shake Shack. I would say Shake burger is a gourmet burger. In-N-Out burger is a family valued burger that is suited for all eaters. In-N-Out Burger can only be loved by all. I’m willing to create a market exchange between NYC water and California’s In-N-Out Burger. Bring it to the East Coast!

In n Out West LA, Culver City, Palms… thank you! I went through your drive-thru and forgot my debit card. Almost a week later and without my debit card on my vacation in Maui, you guys still have my card. I checked my bank account from time to time and no suspicious activities! Thanks In n Out management and employees! Besides that… your Animal Style fries are awesome and cheeseburger with grilled onions!

In-N-Out is the best fast food place on my list for a burger. This location is always slammed. Very busy location. The drive thru is always wrapped around the corner and always anticipate a 10 – 15 min wait for your food. I have been here about five times and I have never seen it slow. They have this locations process down to a science though. There is about 15 – 20 people working on food preparation. They churn out the orders quickly even with the high volume. This probably has to be one of the highest grossing stores for the owners. All that being said, the end result is worth the wait. You get an In-N-Out burger. Best fast food burger ever. There really isn’t an In-N-Out north of this location so I think that may have to do with the high volume.

I am a strong fan of In and Out… it’s always a solid choice and probably the best place to eat late at night. This location however, had a few issues. First of all the parking is kinda limited and it feels a little sketchy around it. We found a spot on the street to park which isn’t super ideal. Then we went in, and this was about 12:30 at night and it was crazy packed. I mean I don’t blame people. it is good so it should be busy. But the way it is set up the line goes throughout the restaurant and makes it really hard to get to the drinks and things. The service was actually pretty quick for how busy it was… but there was nowhere to sit. It is small and the seating is really limited. The first fries we got were just little stubs and were pretty horrible actually, but I went back and asked for new ones and they gave me some of the BEST fries I have ever had. SO don’t settle for bad fries. moral of that story. Overall, the food was good as it typically is. This isn’t a great spot through, so unless it’s your only choice I would go somewhere else.

This In N Out is the other location on the Westside of LA to go to. It’s a small location and their drive thru rolls through the parking lot of the strip mall like building that it is next to. The seating is limited and scarce. Only a few tables to sit and eat available. I believe there might have been tables location outside too? Staff is friendly and quick with ordering and getting your orders ready. Dining area was maintained clean. Didn’t have a chance to check out the restrooms. Parking is also limited. The problem with parking in the strip mall area, is that their drive thru goes right through there so getting in and out of there might be a problem. Street parking is available in the surrounding streets. If I’m craving In N Out, I drive to the Westwood location. If I’m in the Venice/Culver City area, then I’ll go to this one.

Moved out of LA13 years ago and usually come home 3 – 4 times a year. My ritual is always to head straight to In N Out right out the airport. The staff must go to some charm or friendly school before starting, they are always super polite and courteous. It’s always packed, and they keep up with the pace as well. Not much on the menu except for burgers, fries and drinks. I usually get hamburger with grilled onions. They come out just the way I like it, with a little pink in it. Ingredients are fresh and it even comes out as if it was in a commercial, perfectly stacked. Size of the burger is perfect for a light lunch. Which is cool, I never hate myself after eating there. Though the menu is quite simple, you can spice up your order by ordering from the not-so-secret menu: 2×2: double the patty 3×3: triple the patty 4×4: 4 patties Grilled cheese: come on, it’s exactly what you think, lol. 2 slices American cheese with lettuce, tomato, spread with or w/o onions Protein style: No bun, burger and condiments wrapped in lettuce Animal Style: burger of your choice with lettuce, tomato, a mustard cooked beef patty; add pickle, extra spread with grilled onions Prices are so reasonable. Super popular as it has been for the past 15 year love affair I’ve had with this place, so expect a little wait. Venues have always been clean, restaurants tidy. Unfortunately my favorite fast food spot is only available in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Oregan, Texas.

This location is so tiny. There is not a lot of room to sit outside or in. Getting into the drive thru line can be awkward, ’cause it always spills out into the street — so many people want their In-N-Out. My cheeseburger animal style was delicious, and the same as any other In-N-Out; however, the fries were not good. I’m not sure what was up with the fries. Half mushy, half undercooked… weirdness. Maybe, if you are desperate to get fries here, ask to have them double-fried, ’cause this was the second time I had undercooked fries here.

Picture this — it’s 7pm, we’ve spent the whole day travelling around Hollywood and downtown LA and we’re on our way back home. So we need dinner — where do we go? IN-N-OUT! It’s a pretty small store compared to others I’ve been at but it does the job. We ate in and man the place got busy(especially when we left around 8! You should’ve seen the drive in line — we couldn’t even get out of the car park cause of the line of cars!). It’s pretty hard to get a table so you’ll just have to try your luck. The service is friendly and nice, although the guy had to go through our orders over and over(might be due to my Australian accent — I tend to have to repeat myself in America). But we got there and then the food came. TIP — get the 4×4 animal style burger(4 patties!) and the animal style fries with the chocolate milkshake. This is for cheat day people, I repeat, cheat day! It was super tasty and satisfying ugh. But man, I couldn’t do it everyday. Though it does make for a great photo op!
