I just picked up two more shirts, and once again, Imprint Revolution was awesome. They completed the job in a timely fashion, were very professional, and the quality is excellent, once again. I highly recommend Imprint Revolution.

He came with a price that was right within my budget, he was very responsive to my back-​and-​forth emails and questions. What a wonderful company. Professionalism 10 out of 10. I went in with a few ideas and not only did the shirts come out perfect but the quality is also very good. Kevin was the guy that helped me at first design and place my order. And additionally the owner, I think David was his name also extended himself doing some last minute adjustments to the shirts and the sending samples. My shirts were ready in like 36 hours. I could tell they genuinely wanted me just to be satisfied with what i got.

My experience here was fuckin remarkable. It was amazing. I feel AWESOME.
I came in with a tiny idea of a mug I wanted, and knew from reading Unilocal reviews that they’d be able to help put that on the screen. What I didn’t realize was the skill, creativity, speed, and pride that came with creating something special… Frankie took my idea and legit made it into something so beautiful and so cool. It blew my mind.
And now the person getting this gift is going to get HIS mind blown and then everyone at teh party is going to get THEIR minds blown and then everyone who sees it… you get the idea. Truly the gift that keeps on giving.
Frankie, you are a mastermind and someone should give you a raise.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by some friendly faces. Frankie sat me down and asked «what can we do for you?»
Honestly, I had an idea and a vague description of what I wanted. To put it roughly I said, «we’re having a mini World Cup birthday party with 30 kids!»
Immediately, we set to work. He pulled up images and different fonts! We worked for 20 minutes and bam! My vague idea turned into reality!
We selected a perfect design that was to be printed on 10 different colors to represent countries and 3 prints of each color. These shirts turned out AMAZE-​BALLS! It was a quick, professional, and in my case guided (I needed it) experience.
Upon pick up: I was so impressed how the kids t-​shirts turned out I ordered more for the adults!!!

Katie and Imprint Revolution did an incredible job!
I recently brought in a leather purse and horse blanket to get embroidered. I was later than expected and Katie stayed late to help me. She was FANTASTIC! I am SO happy with the finished product. She not only took the time to lay everything out, her suggestions where spot on. I will most definitely be back with more business.
Katie has an eye for design and is very talented. I HIGHLY suggest working with her, she is a delight!

Honest and helpful! I am making t-​shirts for a bachelorette party and as soon as I called and explained what I needed, the owner referred me to his screen printers directly and explained it would be less expensive for what I needed. Gotta love that customer service!

I found Imprint on Unilocal and was really impressed with their stellar reviews. Still, you never know how it’s going to go. I needed a rush hour, that was very specific. Honestly, I didn’t really know what I wanted, but, at the same time, I was really specific. Andrea was amazing, nice, fast, and funny! I actually enjoyed emailing her. They got the order ready quickly.
People were so impressed, they asked for clones of the shirt. So we made a second order. I actually ordered an additional shirt as a tank top because I loved it so much.

Called to get a rush on a name patch, would t do it and said he needed 4 days. Rude! My opinion

I ordered a shirt to surprise my son on his 21^st birthday. I was unable to stop in due to health reasons. I called and got Sally who assured me we can do this over the phone and get it shipped to me. I never expected it to arrive so quickly and looking so great. It’s so cool I can’t wait to give it to him and see the laugh! Thank you for being an awesome company providing excellent customer service. I will most definitely do more gifts like this!

I came here for a rush job and the guy who helped me was great. He gave really good customer service and he spent time with me deciding the right formats and shading for my shirts that needed to be printed. I had three t-​shirts that I purchased and bought them in to have the images printed on them.
The 3 star rating is for the shirts once I picked them up. If I could give separate ratings I would. The transfer to the shirts was great. The colors looked good on the shirts. However, I wasn’t very pleased with some of the details on two of the shirts. We used a knockout stencil and this allowed for the color of the shirt to show as the writing. I also wanted some shading at the bottoms to blur the edges. In two of the letters, because he blurred all of the picture, it was hard to see the bottoms of the letters because they blended with the shirt color. I did not know this would look like that once printed. But I feel my artist should have caught that.
On the black shirt, there was a white line left on the side of the photo that should have not been included. When I asked about that I was told those white lines would not show.
Now to many they wouldn’t notice or care, but I am a stickler for details and I just wish there was a bit more attention paid to those details. And yes, I signed off on the work to be printed based off what I saw in the computer and printouts. However, since I am not a graphic designer I had no concept on how the finished products would look.
Anyway, I would give this place another try, I just now know what to look for.
Oh and they could not reprint my shirts because I purchased them from Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus so unless they wanted to make a purchase… oh well, such is life.
Update: I was contacted by the owner Dave to have my items reprinted and they reviewed the artwork. The great thing about this company was that John, the guy who helped me with my artwork actually thanked me for my feedback and told me that it was good for them to ensure that everything is perfect for the customer.
My reprinted shirts were perfect! And I must state that at no point did they ever ask me to update my review. So after receiving that exceptional customer service, I felt it was only right to update my review and give this company 5 stars. I would definitely come here again and I will refer others also. Thank you for standing behind your work and for putting the customer first!

Very communicative, easy to work with, made 4 custom shirts in a two day turnaround. They had plenty of options for shirt types and were willing to offer advice on how to position the lettering to maximize effect. We went back and forth via email about 3 times total and were able to nail down payment, order and design easily. Katie rocks!
They also listened to what we were trying to accomplish with the shirts in relation to our Bocce ball tournament that we were going to be competing in. We wanted to be a Run DMC theme but our team name was Run BOC.
Once I got to the office, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in 3 minutes.

After getting my one-​of-​a-​kind shirt, all I can say is WOW! John was the talented graphic artist who helped pull the vision out of my head and onto the shirt. He was very accommodating and very patient through the whole process — that really didn’t feel like an ordeal at all, but more of a collaborative effort — and in the end, I got something that was even better than I imagined. John even rushed the shirt so I’d get it a day earlier before leaving town. As far as artistic skills and customer service, I could not have asked for a better experience. Simply put: go here. You won’t regret it.

Our company needed a large order of t-​shirts printed just 48 hours before a big event and Imprint Revolution totally came through for us. Their staffer Katie was kind, detailed, and amazingly accommodating. We just placed another order today!

I ordered customized shirts a few times, and it’s been an absolute pleasure working with David, and the entire team! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciate their response time, and the outcome of my orders. The cost is a little pricey — like other stores, the cost decreases as the quantity increases, so I would advise to place a larger order. I used to get cheaper shirts from a small store in DTLA, but my goodness, their customer service was AWFUL. I don’t mind shelling out few extra dollars just to make up for the customer service!
I would advise picking up your orders, if you’re able to, instead of having them shipped. Also, they have a small parking space in the back.
Overall, I highly recommend Imprint Revolution for customized shirts. I haven’t ordered any other products, but I would imagine they’ll turn out great :)

I came here to have tank tops printed for a bachelorette party and for custom onesies for announcing my pregnancy to my parents and in-​laws. I like their extensive online catalog of apparel. Both times, my graphic designer friend came up with the design and I was able to email the store to get a price quote before I even walked into the store. The sales people are all really knowledgable and friendly. They also take the time to explain to you the different print options/​pricing to help you decide which one is best for your budget and purpose. For example, they made sure to tell me to select the printing that is chemical-​free for the baby onesies.
I don’t have any experience printing custom shirts anywhere else, but I felt like everything was a bit pricey. They do guarantee that everything will be done in 4 business days though, which is nice if you are in a crunch. Be prepared to wait if you go there between 5 – 6 pm though, as lots of people are picking up their orders and they get quite busy. I will definitely return here for all my future orders!

I would highly recommend this business to anyone interested in printing on shirts, blankets, car magnets, totes, jerseys… almost anything really.
