Ibarra Party Rentals

Today I woke up exhausted! However, I can’t even begin to fathom on how I would have woken up today if Ibarra Party Rentals didn’t exist. After being a MODERATE consumer of these types of businesses (Sir Michaels, Lupitas Party Supply, Annas Party Supply, JR Party Supply, Party Pronto, Party On Rentals, and the list continues) here in the Northeastern Area of Los Angeles (NELA), I can honestly and confidently state that in my personal opinion, Ibarra Party Rentals is the best Party Rental Business in the area.
The success of last night’s New Year’s Eve Party was directly correlated to the high quality services, supplies, and equipment that Alex and his team offers!
Again, thank you Ibarra Party Rentals for doing everything in your power in helping me make my New Year’s Party one for the record books!!!

i ordered a jumper with tables and chairs from this company and we agreed on a drop off time and price.
1.They arrived an hour and a half late causing me to only have a few minutes to set up before my sons party started…
2. I had to leave while they set up and they billed my husband almost $ 50 more then they quoted me
3. They didnt give me a pick up time but they surely came early for pickup, way before my sons party ended my husband had to pay them for an extra hr
I have another party coming up soon and will not be ordering from them

Recent expreience was very good! They were very helpful and can easily be reached when there is an issue or question. I’d get their service again for sure.

Bad customer service. Rented white table cloths and they were all stained (⁶⁄₈ cloths). When we called to ask for different ones, they told us that they were clean and not stained. We took pictures and sent them. They didn’t have replacements so we asked for something to put on top to cover the grease stains. We had to go pick up the diamonds. They made it seem like we were lying. Trust us people we wouldn’t waste our time the day and just hours before our party.

My recent experience renting the party supplies here was great, nothing for me to complain about. They delivered the jump house on time, offered competitive pricing, and the staff were courteous. Keep it up!

i had our daughters birthday held at GriffithPark and it went really well as far as this company goes. I was a bit skeptical about Alex because he didn’t have a required deposit like other vendors do but he came through. Well everything was discussed over the phone as far as price, location, and time of delivery and pick up. He arrived about half hour early and i was pleased. i called the day before just to make sure we were still on. The bouncy house arrived cleaned and in perfect condition. Alex just explained on delivery that the bouncy house should be free of food and beverage. i signed a contract and he set up time only took him 10 mins. i would definitely give him a call the next time i need a bouncy house.

I had my son’s first birthday party at Bandini park in Commerce which required me to obtain a 1 million dollar liability insurance from the jumper vendor. I called a few vendors to get quotes and Ibarra party rentals had the best prices. The day of the party Alex and his family showed up earlier than I was expecting them and also waited for me to arrive at the park since I was running late. The jumper was the 4 in 1 and it was nice and clean, I also rented the snow cone machines, tables and chairs.
I would definitely give Ibarra party rentals my future business as they were professional, on time, and very flexible.

I really want to give this rental company 5 stars because the jumper was beautiful and they were on time both on pick up and delivery. And they were an approved vendor by the parks department with competitive pricing.
BUT…I cannot.
My husband wanted to power some other (small) inflatables we had so we paid $ 20 extra for a more powerful generator. Before my husband had a chance to plug his inflatables in, my daughter and her friend started using the jump house we ordered. Rightfully so, one doesn’t keep children out of a jump house. Within five minutes of them entering the jump house (mind you, they were two 4 year old girls who, together, weighed no more than 70 lbs,) the house started collapsing within itself while the girls were still in it. It took mere seconds for the whole thing to deflate, one child falling off the side of the bounce house encased in mesh, so at least she could breathe, but my daughter was under the roof of the bounce house with however many lbs of deflated vinyl blanketed over her. It took eight parents to hold up the roof of the bounce house to allow one parent to access the entrance and swim through the deflated house and find my child first, since she was under the vinyl and her child next since she was at least able to breathe. It was TERRIFYING.
When we called them, they sent over someone with a new generator that worked AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US AN EXTRA $ 20 FOR THE SECOND DELIVERY. Suffice it to say, we were not having that. The rest of the party went on without a hitch, but I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

This family owned business is as good as it gets. They are prompt, reasonable and most important to this mom, their bounce-​houses are super clean. Mr. Ibarra is friendly, down-​to-​earth and reliable. His son was very helpful in helping us break our party down. Clearly they are pros. They service Highland Park and nearby neighborhoods like South Pas., Silver Lake, Echo Park and Mount Washington. I have recommended them to all my friends. This is my second time using them and they’ll have my business next year too!

I’ve read these other reviews and I’ve used this rental service for my daughters b-​days parties ever year and I’ve never had a problem with them! I think this company has great service! I love their bouncers and very clean and always have a banner for whatever theme we’re having. Give them a try u won’t be sorry!

This review is about 5 months late, but better late than never.
I rented a jumper with the generator, chairs and tables, for my daughter’s 3^rd bday party at Signal Hill Park, in August 2012. They were the most reasonable, but seemed somewhat unprofessional, and I was concerned about whether or not they were going to come through, but they did, and the party went off without a hitch.
For her 4^th bday I opted to go with them a second time – BIG mistake. I was expecting around 30 people, and had rented chairs and tables from them a second time. This time, they didn’t show up. I called, text, left messages, and never heard back from them. The most UNPROFESSIONAL «business» I have ever done business with. Fortunately The Long Beach Ice Co. came through at the last minute, and I will be giving them my business this year.

Got a small taste of how their employees deal with customers at the Highland Park Farmers Market. My 3 yr old and I walked up to the bouncer and I looked around for someone before my daughter got inside, and NO ONE came up to me. I glanced at a sign advertising for Ibarra Party Rentals, which apparently had the bouncer price in SMALL, YELLOW print but I did not notice as my daughter pulled me to take off her shoes – (THEY BANK ON THIS SITUATION) Lo and behold, after my daughter enters the bouncer and I walk off to the shade, a young girl tells me $ 2. I reply, «Oh, I didn’t see the sign» A couple points to the Ibarra advertisement propped up beside the entrance and then my eyes had to squint to see the price to which I angrily said, «Oh, come on, this has to be bigger and in black ink!» Little girl answers me cockily that I can still see it. BAD BUSINESS attitude & these people SAW me looking around and waited for my daughter to go inside before even saying anything. Latinos ripping off Latinos infuriates me more than anything. I wil not support this company if it does not properly train their employees. If these were the owners that were sitting down, then SHAME ON THEM! Lazy people get what they deserve and I will be sure to tell my family who lives in Highland Park not to support them.
