This is the worst pharmacy! This pharmacy is located in Cedars Sinai hospital but is an independent business from the hospital. The prices are almost double what I may pay at an outside pharmacy. The employees did not arrive to open the pharmacy until 75 minutes after the posted hours of operation.

I walked in, having never been to this pharmacy before, and looking for script that is very hard to find. I was out in 15 minutes, with the Rx in hand, and necessary accessories for it . Without exaggeration I can say that I went to 7 other Pharmacy’s, In downtown near my job, In larchmont, and several CVS/RiteAids/Wagreens That did not carry it, and refused to order it I walked up and asked, for it, and she reached up and pulled right off the shelf I am so happy and please I cannot put it into words Outstanding service. And as to price, It was 10 dollars with my insurance. I had to ask her to check, as I thought she made a mistake, that i couldn’t be that cheap. I can say enough good things about this place, I will be bring all of my scripts to this place and only this place from now on. Thank you Staff of Horton and converse, you dont know the help have given me. And they even had Extra tall canes in stock!!! Simple extraordinary Come here!~

Rudest pharmacist in the world who, unfortunately, is also the manager. For the prices they charge at this place, you would think that they would at least have minimal customer service skills. After being passive aggressively insulted by this woman and having my basic knowledge of a medication I’ve been taking for years questioned by a woman who openly admitted she had no idea how it was supposed to work, I had to leave with no resolution to my issue and zero willingness to help from this horrible pharmacist. Having my prescriptions transferred immediately! If you are looking for a good pharmacy, this is not it.

Ludicrously expensive. They charged me $ 60 for nine pills. When I went to a different pharmacy, I was charged $ 179. for 90. Horton and Converse: $ 6.60 per pill. Mid West Medical(on Beverly): $ 1.98. Nice.

This place specializes in over-the-top prices. Look up the word«fleeced» in the dictionary, and you will most likely see a photo of Horton & Converse. If you enjoy being robbed of your money, then come here and they will charge you 360% more for a bottle of saline. I kid you not. Crooks, plain and simple.

When you go to this pharmacy with a prescription of less than 30 pills ask if they can break the bottle and sell you that particular amount of pills(as prescribe by your DR) if they can’t, grab the prescription and take it back to your DR because if you don’t what they’ll do is to sell you the amount of the prescription that your insurance pays for and the rest they’ll sell it to you without insurance which in itself is deceiving because the prescription was for certain amount of pills not the whole bottle .If the bottle cannot be broken the pharmacist should tell the customer so.
