If you are looking for pool and spa services, look no further! A couple years ago we purchased a home with a pool and had no experience with the system or what it took to maintain it. Fortunately for us, we contacted Horizon Pool & Spa Service. Not only did Eddie maintain our system but he also took the time necessary to help us understand how everything worked. Eddie is extremely responsive, provides amazing customer service and he does so at a reasonable price.
We recently had Eddie out on a service call because our solar system stopped working, it wasn’t pumping the water to the solar panels. Eddie came out the same day that we called him, he isolated the problem made sure it wasn’t going to cause any further damage, ordered the necessary repair parts and had it all installed and operational within two days. This experience was typical with Eddie but I felt it necessary to share since it isn’t typical with so many other businesses that we encounter everyday. Certainly not a worry with Eddie and Horizon Pool and Spa Services!

Eddie is great! I was buying a house that had an existing hot tub that looked kind of old but I wanted to have someone come look at it. He came out, looked at it for about five minutes and said don’t even bother it’s not worth it. He could have tried to talk me into fixing it and spending exorbitant amounts of money but he’s an honest guy. I have his number locked in as he knows who to call for anything home related!

Our spa was making strange sounds and not heating up. I didn’t know who to call and looked on Unilocal. Eddie at HORIZON POOL AND SPA had great reviews. I totally expected that I needed a new heater and or motor, but Eddie saved the day. It was just a simple problem with the filter and Eddie could have easily made a big deal of it (since I do not know one spa part from another) but instead patiently explained the problem, re-​adjusted everything and now it is heating and humming along normally. EDDIE IS HONEST AND SMART. Don’t mess around calling anyone else. He knows what he is doing… look no further.

I called three pool companies; the other two returned days later with high $$$ quotes, but Eddie picked up on the second ring with the lowest prices and the best service. He found replacement parts for our old tub and got her running again in just a few days. Highly, highly recommend.

Eddie is a dedicated and fantastic tech. We’ve used him twice and he’s done nothing but fantastic work. On a recent job, he completely restored our hot tub to beautiful condition. However, an old and unrelated part broke shortly afterward (not Eddie’s fault), and he came IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT to assess the damage, and offered us a wide variety of cost options without pressuring us or overselling. Outstanding.

Got a new house and inherited a NICE SPA. We wanted to make sure that everything was clean and ready to go. Eddie showed up and was very friendly and professional. He helped us figure out why one of the jets wasn’t working and did a general checkup to make sure that the SPA was in good condition. After that he made sure everything is in working order, no leaks (our main concern), he did the cleaning of the SPA and treated the water. Very reasonable price for such great service. We are very happy with this company.

The best pool service ever!!! we’ve had our pool for over twenty years. Our previous pool man took off and went on vacation, never said good bye or anything!! We searched online and found this company. We’ve never had service so great. After having 4 different pool company’s work with us over the years. We were a bit sceptical, figured we clean our own pool. Eddie proved us wrong!!! He’s always on time friendly, polite family man who goes above and beyond!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
