Holmby Park 18 Hole Pony Course

Located in one of the most prestigious areas of Los Angeles. This is a 18 hole pitch n’ putt course. The longest hole is 60 yards. Most of the holes are in the 40 yard range. All you need is a wedge and putter. Only $ 3 during the week and $ 4 off peak. 25c to rent a club.
The course itself is set in a park (Hornby Park). As a result there are people walking around and picnicking around the holes.
It is not a place for the serious golfer, but a great place to take kids to get them started. Quite challenging as the greens are only about 10ft wide.
There is rarely someone working here, so most of the time it will be free to play. No fences and in the park, so you can just walk on and play.

Deceptively hard pony course that will definitely help to hone your short game and concentration– non golfers wander onto the course all the time. Tiny fairways and miniscule greens are just what the doctor ordered for you golfers out there who need help with your touch (most of us non-​pros).
Bonus points: VERY low green fees. See Spelling Manor in the background as you chip onto the 16^th green. P. S. I don’t care that Candy’s moved, it’ll always be the Spelling Manor to me.

This pitch and putt course is located in Holmby Hills, and not Beverly Hills. The zip code of this golf course is wrong on Unilocal.Although it would be cool if the zip code were 90 210, the fact is that the zip code is 90 024.
The holes are short and the greens are very small. This is a fun course to play with young children, as well as people who have never played golf before. Its just a fun thing to do in a beautiful area.
I have played Holmby Golf Course course since 1971, when i was 8 years old. And after 44 years years of playing there, and a total of 9 hole in ones, I enjoy playing golf there as much as i ever have before.
It is now called Armand Hammer Park, thanks to the generous donation by the Hammer family to keep the park operating. They have made so many people happy by their generous giving to keep the golf course alive and well.

50 yard holes w/​ppl walking in your way, and millionaire celebs living literally steps away. The boss dude is awesome too, he rides around on a cart making sure nobody is horsing around.
Good atmosphere. This is not for serious golfers.
