These guys are efficient. Low key. Sympatico. I had to have something notarized and Fed Ex’d to my lawyer, and I was feeling very annoyed with everyone and everything — lawyers will do that to you — but this place did not bother me at all. Unexpectedly excellent service.

This place has been around for about 7 years, and though the neighborhood is changing around them, they’ve provided a great service, at a solid price.

I went there for a passport photo. Pros: Across the street from the post office and (when I was there) empty. Cons: Gruff service and an unflattering mugshot with no lighting except the harsh glare through the window. Normally you get more than one exposure, but not here. As my mugshot cost $ 15 and I needed to get my passport renewed quickly, I decided to go with it. The only upside to the photo is that I look exactly the way I do after a long international flight, which will be helpful to immigration officers everywhere.

I used this place to help us transition from the East to the West coast with their mailbox service and I have NO REGRETS. This is seriously the nicest family we have met in the LA area. I received mail about once a week but they remembered me everytime I went in and always offered to help with my boxes. When I finally got my own address and needed to cancel after 3 months, they even let me keep the key for an extra week while I waited for one last package to come in. The price is so much more reasonable than any other similar service in the city, they accept all types of packages for all services, and even provide security so nothing gets stolen or lost. It was great having a mailing address I could use on resumes and forms as well. Overall super nice people that are willing to help when you’re in a bind.

This place is awesome. I hate picking up U-​Hauls but these guys were super accommodating. There was a parade the day we moved so I had to drop the truck off late. The truck also got tagged with graffiti. We returned the U-​Haul with no hassle whatsoever.

Cant believe I didnt update this already…
It was Oscar week and I rented (yes, rented hater) my dress for my charity event I was throwing. Well super short story, I didn’t make it to the mail box in time and on Sunday they are CLOSED!!! I found their email and sent an urgent email, thinking, what mailbox business is going to check their mailbox SUNDAY MORNING!!! Well, I received a call within 30 minutes and Gary was on his way in to open the place just for me… and he did… with a smile.
THAT IS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!!! Kinda felt like I was living in the Wonder Years for a moment, where others went out of their way for each other… and yes, it is in Hollywood! lol.
