I lost my rings, which were insured. When the insurance company advised me to make an appointment with the jeweler to get new rings, it all went south from there. I called Harry’s and the woman who answered, refused to tell me her name and yelled at me stating that she was the manager and I just needed to pay for new rings. I gave her the insurance company many as well as the agent but she continued to be rude and yell. On top of telling me I didn’t need her name. Needless to say, I’m sorry we shopped there initially and will not be going back. Wish I could give this place no stars. POORCUSTOMERSERVICE! VERYRUDE&CONDESCENDING!

This couple has to be one of the cutest pairs I have ever met! It is so funny to watch them go back and forth sharing their opinions on a piece of jewelry. When my boyfriend(now fiancé) and I were ready to take the next step and look for a ring, Harry’s jewelry was our first stop. They have such an amazing selection of very classic pieces. My fingers are a bit larger than the average girl, so I was worried a ring with a simple setting would get lost. We were able to find the most beautiful ring that fit my fingers and my personality perfectly! Ever since, we have visited Harry’s jewelry for necklace for my birthday, as well as a pair of beautiful emerald earrings for my mother. If you want a quality piece of jewelry, and quality service, pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed!

It’s so hard choosing an engagement ring. It has to be right! I feel like there can never be room for errors, especially when you’re planning it as a surprise. I had no idea where to start looking, but hated the idea of going to the mall and paying marked up retail prices. I heard a lot about the downtown jewelry mart, and I figured, why not check it out. I stumbled across Harry’s Jewelry, and was extremely impressed by not only their approach, but the amount of time they took to educate me in what I should be looking for in a diamond and choosing a ring style. I did some research on my own beforehand, and everything they said was congruent(the color, clarity, shape — all these important factors to look at). But they obviously helped me understand a lot more in depth, by showing the differences, variations, etc. I felt at east and so comfortable talking at to them. It was like a breath of fresh air, especially after shopping around for 2 hours. I didn’t purchase my engagement ring with them because I just felt comfortable, but because their prices were extremely low compared to others as well.

I’m not saying they have the best quality but I went looking for a diamond cross and I found a great looking one, the best color and clarity I came across, for a great price. These are good jewelers and solid business people. Honest, relatable and will make a cash deal. Other folks didn’t even bother to acknowledge my presence at their booths or even say hi or can I help you. Harry let me take the diamond cross outside to the sidewalk so I could see it in the light. SOLD! Much respect you earned future business. (best price and one of the best if not the best crosses I examined, I visited 4 other places)
