HappyLand Photography specializes in providing event photography and portraits to help you create beautiful memories of your special events without getting stuck behind a viewfinder… or worse, left completely out of the picture! I keep my prices reasonable, believing that everyone has a right to feel beautiful. I also provide other photographic services such as headshots and band photos, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

History

Established in 2009.

The name HappyLand started out as a brand name for a series of subversive t-​shirt designs I created in 2007, but has somehow evolved into mainly photographic services. I’ve been taking pictures around Los Angeles for years and finally decided to make a living off of it.

Liz has done a lot of the photos of me that were so inspiring to other artists that they created work from hers! (like my profile pic here!). I love working with her, our shoots are fun, chill and she’s super professional. Always on time or early getting the photos back to you! She has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with. She also does AWESOME club photography!

Liz is Awesome! i met her through a friend and asked her to come shoot a concert I was playing in LA, and I’m glad I did because she’s super enthusiastic, talented and professional. First, she showed up early, worked with not so ideal lighting, got some really cool shots, and sent me an invoice. (totally reasonable price) When i promptly got the photos back, I was pleased and excited that I had some good live shots to put up on my sites. I would absolutely recommend her to artists looking to collect for primo promo material for themselves. Besides the work being top notch, we had a great time, and seeing as how photo shoots and promotional stuff can be tedious sometimes, it was refreshing to work with her.

I met Liz when she was shooting for a party I had attended. I loved her photos and thought her style would be great for a fashion shoot. I had Liz shoot my photos for my modeling portfolio and she was amazing. She had me send her other fashion photos that I liked, pitch my shoot ideas and actually collaborated with me as an artist. It was an awesome experience with incredible results. I love the photos she shot and am always recomending her to other models.
