Hairobics All Natural

Hairobics is a fantastic entrepreneurial effort by an African-​American couple, Stephanie & Isaac Suthers, created in 1993. The goal of the products are to promote healthy hair growth, repair damaged hair and allow hair to become manageable with natural ingredients. I started using their products in high school to remedy a perm gone wrong but have long since stopped using chemicals on my hair due to the likelihood of damage. Hairobics helped me make the transition from chemical treatments back to my beautiful natural hair without breakage and increased the thickness.
I laugh everytime I remember shampooing a guy’s hair that I was dating and forgot to tell him the shampoo had peppermint oil. As his scalp began to tingle he had the most horrific look on his face as if his scalp was on fire. It wasn’t that bad but it was just a foreign feeling. For me it was like a shower scene in an «Herbal Essence» commercial.
For the ladies and gents who aren’t ready to completely transition to or embrace their natural hair their products are also helpful to maintain moisture and a healthy scalp.
