I came here for an estimate and the lady that helped me was really nice but I thought the prices were really expensice and the option where they take it from your check was like twice as much, good service but really expensive

Just awful. They didn’t know what they were doing. They fumbled around with my paperwork for over an hour and when they finally had it done they were trying to charge me $ 230 for this bs which I was pretty sure was wrong and I am not even an accountant let alone a «tax professional» like they claim to be. The only competent person ended up being the receptionist who made my appointment. Don’t waist your time. You have been warned.

I had a great experience doing my taxes at this location. The manager is very knowledgeable about different tax situations and offered me a discount. He also finished my taxes within 30min and I loved that because it was not tedious and uninteresting. The people are very professional and respect appointment hours. I will be there again next year!

Horrible & Ignorant!
These people do NOT Know what they are doing! It doesn’t take 5 people to figure out one person’s tax returns! And why do they need to Google tax info???
I went in there for a second look at my older taxes, and they pulled the old bait and switch. Receptionist told me they would review my old taxes to see if they were done correctly, if they were, they were: they would delete the info & I walk away.
If they weren’t: it would cost $ 41 per year to file.
TURNS OUT: They need a bunch of paper work and signatures if you walk away, all things that were not disclosed, and it would cost $ 100+ to amend.
This group is very unprofessional, and they clearly do not know what they are doing. The guy helping me would tell me one thing, then immediately take it back saying things like: «Oh wait, it’s right here, I didn’t see it.» and «I forgot to calculate that»
The woman who seems to be the head of the office was also very rude.
AND they killed my schedule by scheduling me at the exact same time as another couple.
TURBO TAX ALL THE WAY!!!
