History

Established in 2002.

Gus Mendoza, moved to the Desert area from Los Angeles in 1987 after having experienced a spiritual awakening. Gus realized the life he was leading was an empty, meaningless existence where he was not contributing to the betterment other than himself. Gus knew he had an innate talent for healing that need it only to be trained and focused; thus, his new path led him to study massage therapy at The Institute of Acupressure in Berkeley, the Desert Resorts School of Somatherapy in Desert Hot Springs and a certification from the Internal Environment Institute as a Certified Colon Hydro therapist.

Since the time Gus has completed his certifications, he has worked at We Care, SPA La Quinta and Westin Mission Hills as lead massage therapist and training coordinator. Gus has come to appreciate the extraordinary way in which many of his clients have shifted from just looking good to feeling absolutely great, emanating an inner strength and balance that makes them glow.
