Established in 1976 Dr. Keller is internationally recognized as an expert, pioneer, and innovator in the field of facial plastic surgery. He has practiced Facial Plastic Surgery in Southern California since 1976. Dr. Keller is Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Keller is a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of California of Los Angeles. and is the Director of the Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the UCLA Medical School.

Facial plastic surgery holds a unique place in Dr. Keller’s personal life. While pursuing a career in cardio-​vascular surgery at the University of Illinois Medical School, Dr. Keller was in a very serious car accident. He sustained severe injuries and trauma to his nose, eyes, cheeks and jaw and had to undergo extensive facial reconstructive surgery. While recuperating, Dr. Keller decided to change his medical direction and pursue a career as a facial plastic surgeon. Because of Dr. Keller’s first-​hand experience, he is very sensitive to the needs and concerns of his patients having been one himself.
