From the first time we went to speak to them about our wedding we knew they were the ones we needed. Martha is amazingly sweet and very professional. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable. The food was delectable! I had NO WORRIES during my wedding because of the professionalism of their staff. I could not have asked for a better catering company! We want to thank Martha, the chef and everyone else at GG!

My son’s Engagement Party, our backyard in the evening… was transported into a magical atmosphere. Michelle Facciolla, Senior Event Producer was fabulous to work with. She produced the colors, flowers, amazing backyard swing, with swags of brilliant chiffon and hanging flowers. My guests were incredibly impressed. Chef Joanne Purnell created an India/​American fusion Menu that was outstanding.
Our Bartenders, created signature cocktails and took such care of our guests.
The entire staff from delivery to pick up afterwards was stellar.
If you are planning an event, Good Gracious, will not disappoint. They will create the event of a lifetime.

Pauline and her team once again exceeded all expectations. A reception to which there was less than a week’s notice, no less. The service was above reproach, and the food was more than incredible, with everyone ooohing and aahing over their first bites. It was an incredible evening for the opening of Pure Vitality Center, so menus were carefully thought about — and she nailed it!!! Thank you Pauline for once again, making an evening even better than I had ever dreamed about!

The team at GG! put on a wedding event for 600 of their peers in Anaheim at #TSE2015 (The Special Event) and (as usual) NAILED IT. I’ve never heard such comments coming from event planners… best event they ever attended, yada yada.
NO LIE. Sit-​down for 600 and every plate out of the kitchen was an artistic masterpiece… HOT (not an easy feat) and served quickly.
I’ve known Pauline Parry over 15 years, she has so many awards you can barely squeeze into her office… there is a reason for that. PLUS she has a heart of gold!!! And creativity is her middle name. She literally wrote the book… FOOD FUN LOVE Party Styles. It reads like a novel, started it and couldn’t put it down til the last page. Can’t say enough about the team: Chef Joanne, Margarita, and the others have been with this lady for a long time, which says to me if I were getting married, THIS company is the one I would want to handle it! Luckily I’m not ever getting married (again) but if you are… make a call and you’re done… this is a class act…

Good Gracious catered our daughter’s wedding in June. We were beyond thrilled with the set up (in a State Park), the attention to detail and the gourmet food. The complicated Moroccan Menu was executed to perfection. They were able to address our daughter’s food allergies and still produce an amazing meal without compromise. The service, the presentation the quality of the food — all OUTSTANDING! We cannot thank Chef Joanne, owner Pauline and the entire staff enough for an incredibly memorable wedding feast. Everyone is still talking about it!

They are by far the snobbiest and worse catering outfit in LA. Food is bland and the people you deal with act like they are working for some fine dining Parisian outfit! No thank you!

Michelle, Patrick and their whole team were absolutely amazing! They took our ideas and ran with them. We quoted out and tasted with so many caterers before we found them. Most ignored everything we gave them to work with, including our special dietary requests. A few just quoted out exactly what we told them– not a bad thing, but we were looking for someone to use our ideas as inspiration and elaborate on them with their own unique creative flair. Good Gracious did just that.
Creative menus, presentationally beautiful and delicious food is what they do best. Their attention to detail– from our tasting experience (and it was an experience) to the execution of the displays for our food stations– was impeccable. My husband and I had a very specific vision for our wedding and we we did almost everything ourselves. The menu (unique Sunday brunch) and the whole food experience was one of the most important things for us and we were really able to turn everything over to Good Gracious. If you’re putting together a large event, you know what a big deal that is. We trusted them completely.
They were always quick to respond and professional and enthusiastic to work with. We went through a lot of menu options and adjustments and scenarios and they were always more than happy to rework things and offer suggestions. They exceeded expectations in all areas and were so much fun to work with. We can’t recommend them enough!

Good Gracious did a fantastic job catering a surprise birthday party for my family. Michelle, our contact, was communicative and patient, and helped arrange a well thought-​out menu that our guests would enjoy. The Goats Milk Feta and Blueberry Salad was the hit of the party, followed closely by the Cedar Plank Salmon. I have to compliment the catering staff too — they were flexible and adaptable (very important for catering — you never know what surprises a location will throw you). This was highlighted when the location (who shall remain anonymous… for now…) shorted us buffet tables, which we needed for a dessert station. Good Gracious’ staff had it under control — miraculously producing enough dessert pedastals so that each table could have it’s own selection of sweet treats, without disturbing the primary buffet that we wanted to leave open longer.

I was looking for a company to «simply step in», with set up, break down, and catering for my wedding, but based on the phone conversation I just had, they dont have staff to do that?
Ok… At least the gentlemen was helpful on the phone and provided me a name to a company that would.
No hard feelings though. I would suggest removing the «simply step in where needed» out of the wedding coordination section as its misleading and disappointing.
At that note, this place came highly recommended.

My husband Chris and I hired Good Gracious to cater our wedding on May 27, 2012 at Serra Plaza in San Juan Capistrano. Due to the style of the venue, we wanted to have a Mexican themed party but with food that had a little pizazz. Michelle Nowak and the Good Gracious chef completely knocked our socks off in the menu they developed specifically for us and with the unique selections they created. Our guests raved (and are still raving) about the food, how delicious it was and how beautifully it was displayed.
Michelle Nowak also operated as our Wedding Planner/​Event Coordinator. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail and friendly disposition made her such a pleasure to deal with. Everything came together beautifully and Michelle along with the Good Gracious staff were incredibly professional, attentive and so nice! If you are having your wedding or event at Serra Plaza or any other location in the surrounding area, you cannot go wrong in hiring this incredibly talented team of people to assist you.
