If you need your passport fast, this is the place! Conveniently located (take note, you can’t see it from the street, it’s in a little hidden courtyard in the south west corner of Ralphs parking lot — across from CVS) close to the airport but before you hit the busy part. Nice little neighborhood (Westchester). I had an expired passport and they had it renewed immediately. All the forms are located in the office, Joe will help you fill them out and be the first to stand in that incredibly long line downtown (he gets there at 5:00 A.M. and camps out). It’s also very private, good for celebs — which he’s had a few! Great guy, great place! He’s out and about a lot, so call for a meeting time during office hours, he will get right back to you.

This place is the BEST — they are so incredibly helpful and very nice! I needed a visa for China, didn’t know how to do it, they filled out my application and made it so SIMPLE, as well as fast! Then I needed a passport for my teenage son — again, they made easy and as hassle-​free as possible! Compared to waiting in line at a post office to then find out you filled out the application wrong, or filled out the wrong application, etc — George and Joe make the process Zen-​like in comparison!

I wasn’t aware that my old passport was going to expire in June until I applied for a visa to go to Nigeria and my request was DENIED (yes, it was all my fault). I panicked frantically because it’s now Friday, and my trip was scheduled for Thursday the following week. After doing some research, I had to weigh my option heavily. Going through the post office for an expedited passport renewal would taken about 2weeks, so that option was out of the picture. Going to the Federal office on Wilshire Blvd would’ve taken about 10 days because in order to step foot in the building you are required to have an appointment. The next available appointment was for the day I was scheduled to leave.
After panicking frantically, I decided to use good ol ‘Yelp’. I stumbled across «Global Visa & Passport Express», I became a little skeptical because the was only 1 review and to be quite honest, I’d never heard of same day expedited passport service. But after running out of options, I had no choice but to call Joe and explain to him the need of a renewed passport STAT. He said to me that unfortunately because today was friday, i wouldn’t be able to use same day service because the federal office was closed. He asked me to, however, still come in and fill out the paperwork and assured me that I would get my passport by Monday. I went in, filled out the paperwork, and prayed hoping that this was actually legit. When Monday came, Joe kept in contact with me the entire day as to the update on the status of my renewed passport. At the end of the day, around 4 pm, Joe calls me and said, «I have your renewed passport and its good until 2025». I was ecstatic and elated! I rushed down to his office, picked up my passport, rushed down to USPS to send my passport to Atlanta for my visa. By Wednesday, I received my visa and Thursday I was on a LONG 23 hour flight to Nigeria to which I have just returned.
I personally will recommend Joe and his business to my own family, friends and to YOU (my fellow Unilocaler). He rocks and works very hard to get you what you need. He’s straight up and doesnt BS you.

These guys were great! My worked tasked me to travel last minute out of the counrty. My passport was expiring in December, thus I needed to renew due the rules of passport experations and travel dates.
