Amir Solsky is the founder of the Fundamentals of Movement (aka FOM) program. This program is the culmination of his life’s work to be one with nature and not only have the ability to be completely in sync with your body physically but also mentally. He took the skills and expertise from the various fields he worked with and processed them in a way that would be easy for any individual to practice, needing no prior knowledge, and maximizing the results by understanding the Fundamentals of Movement.

Fundamentals of Movement (Aka FOM) is a functional conditioning program that is designed to prepare you, as well as continue maintenance, for any type of movement. This program strengthens joints and builds functional strength in all the ranges of motion we use daily. It is a great program to develop self-​awareness in your body as well as learn how to control parts of your body you haven’t used before.
