The food is really good. I got it in 30 minutes delivery. 10 stars.

Ordered a stack of pizzas for an office party and it was great! Abel, the manager was great. I ordered the pizzas a day in advance and on the day of delivery Abel confirmed that the pizzas were on the way and arrived on time as promised. Staff loved the pizza! They loved the BBQ chicken and Veggie Pizzas so much that I didn’t have a chance to even taste it. This is our new office spot and they deliver! FYI…order the XL pizzas… they aren’t that big.

Great place to come when you’re in the mood for quick Italian food. However, quality of the food is not the good. I ordered the chicken parmesan, it came with garlic bread rolls. The chicken tasted recooked, it was so thin and hard to chew. Almost like jerky texture. The spaghetti was very oily and the sauce just slid right off of the noodle. I’m not all too familiar with the garlic rolls, but this was more spicy than garlicy as if they mixed the garlic with the red peppers. The rolls were my favorite out of the whole meal.

My spinach lasagna is good so far(2 bites in) but the fact that they were late in delivering is not allowing me to enjoy it. Placed a phone order at 12:30 was given an estimate of 45 minutes. Sounded reasonable for 3 orders during lunch hour. Provided them my card information over the phone and that was that. Got called 5 minutes later asking for my card information once more because the gentleman who took my order didn’t input it correctly. Also provided them my work # since that would be the best way to contact me. After resisting to call them and check the status of the delivery I called and was informed that the driver had just left and should be here soon. Arrived at 1:50. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but if you can’t call to inform me of the delay, then you don’t deserve my patience. Will I order from here again? Leaning towards no.

Generally, I wait until I’m at the office early morning’s to compose my reviews. With attempt at saving a life this evening, fellow Unilocalers, this particular review will be arriving early. Consider it: #clusterphuk-prevention So, with«him» at work this evening and having just made way back from Big Bear, myself,…visiting family just to forage thru traffic and make way back to the good olé’ «City of Angels», I promised myself that upon parking my car — I WOULDNOTBEVENTURINGBACKOUTTOSCAVENGEFORFOOD! Similar to a rummaging raccoon, I scrolled thru Unilocal all the while in search of delivery options settling upon Fratelli’s, located on 3rd(some place) within K-Town. Placed a delivery request thru Eat24 at/around 5:30p — this afternoon and was made aware that my $ 40+ order would be arriving within 45 minutes,…ORMORESPECIFICALLY, by 6:39pm. For what it’s worth fellow Unilocalers, restaurant’s like this are the VERYHOWCOME you don’t tip in advance! Ya’ never know what state your food is going to arrive in; and that’s if it arrives at all— So 6pm rolls around and I’m battling stomach pains. 6:15 bypasses and I’m chewing ice only for 6:39 to fly by without so much as a call from these guys simply to update me on any such change in status. Realizing its Easter, I attempted to give the place the benefit of the doubt only for 7:15pm to make its debut —- all the while I proceeded in gnawing off the kitchen countertop neglecting to receive any such update; just continued apologies for this restaurant’s lack of professionalism via my newfound friend from Eat24! I mean, dayum. Sure… «chopping it up» with Linh from Eat24 was an entertaining way to further pass time but, its apparent that Fratelli’s has grown prone to slithering by —- from pacifying their customers as they continue in alleging that«your delivery is up next» time and time again… all the while they sit idly — painting eggs? Linh(Eat24) was fed this continued b/s until 7:30pm despite my having been personally informed by way of a previous call I made myself, that my order was already«in route» — 45 minutes earlier!!! This is absolute foolishness and I wouldn’t be Kenny Ken if I didn’t designate time enough to spotlight this deficiency! (exhales…) Hughhhh… The food FINALLYARRIVED at 7:50pm…some 2 hours later and the delivery driver had the«fratelli» to possess an attitude with me like I made him late!!? Uhm, nozzir. You ain’t gone be knockin’ boots on my time! Not tuh’day!!! Baz’terd!!! I took the food into the house, elated that it was still warm only to open it and realize it had all been OVERCOOKED! How do you screw up buffalo wings, lasagna and an Italian sub?! Seriously — — we’re talking burned for no type of damn reason!!! Who heats lettuce and tomatoes??? One look at this abomination and I was —-DONE. YET, through continued communication between the restaurant and Eat24 a moment ago, the restaurant consented to offer me «credit towards my next meal purchase like that makes up for this blatant buffoonery! Hell 2 da’ no!!! Did I pay you hoez in restaurant credit??? I’m led to think otherwise… Then, what da’ hell makes you think I want to be refunded by way of it??? It goes without stating that I wouldn’t order from this place again… EVENIF it was the 2nd resurrection of Christ!!! Why, …you ask? Because Fratelli’s just PHUKKEDME and I’m fra-TELLING!

I’m visiting from Missouri and wanted to order in. The angel hair pasta and shrimp platter was to die for! The tiramisu was great. Said delivery would be 35 minutes but arrived in 20. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. I was very happy! Cant wait to try the Antipasto!

If it was possible, I would give it 0 stars. 4 stars, no way. After reading it was 4 stars, I was looking for a good meal. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana to go, and a slice of cheese pizza while I waited. The slice of pizza was paper thin and like cardboard. The reviews said the chicken dishes came with 2 nice Chicken breasts and a healthy serving of pasta. The Chicken Parmigiana order I received was burnt small chicken pieces, chewy all the way through except for the burnt pieces I couldn’t eat. The pasta was fair, nothing to recommend either. I was completely disappointed and would never recommend this place. The owner seemed very nice and recommended this dish. I was gave them a 5 dollar tip on a $ 15.00 order. The food wasn’t worth it.

I used to love this place, but I’m flabbergasted about my latest experience. A piece of wood… Yes, wood… was inside of my spaghetti bolognese(see photo). I called to complain and received no apology. They did offer a credit at the restaurant, but the manager didn’t seem concerned or regretful… Just saying, you should check your pasta carefully. WTF???

First time trying Fratellis and I was impressed. The prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious! The pizza was the perfect thin crust thickness and proportions of cheese and pepperoni was on point! On top of this the meat lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and garlic knots were great as well! The owner was very kind and engaging. I will be returning to Fratelli’s!

Looks like this place gets a LOT of heat– I’m here to vouch for it. First of all, do the right thing and ditch grub hub for . You can get points that you can redeem for credit towards your next meal(sign up here: ). Fratelli’s is on there and is my most used restaurant on On that note, I love Fratelli’s. I’m in Westlake and they are SUPER fast. Always get the Mozzarella garlic bread– it seems simple but it is heavenly. I love me some mozzarella, and this never disappoints. I love chicken parm– it’s the grown up way of eating chicken tenders. Theirs is BOMB. I get the sandwich(because again, carbs forever) and it’s always great. The word on the mozzarella sticks is true– get them they’re amazing. The cheese is just fresh and better. I haven’t tried the pizza, but I can vouch that the sandwiches and pastas are amazing. It’s my favorite restaurant on and has consistently been great.

Ordered delivery from Fratelli’s the other night. Based on reviews, I knew that it wasn’t going to be anything amazing so I had pretty low standards which is why I gave it 3 stars. I got a 14″(Large) Cheese Pizza and added Pepperoni, Sausage, and Basil($ 16.99). I believe most of the toppings are $ 1.50 extra. I also got an Angel Hair Pasta with Tomatoes, Basil, and Olive Oil and added shrimp which was $ 2.99 extra($ 11.98). Delivery time was pretty normal– took about 45 minutes. Everything was piping hot which is always a good sign. I didn’t try the pasta but my boyfriend said it was pretty solid. The pizza wasn’t bad– the sauce is a little too sweet for my liking and the topping were kind of bland. I’m glad I got the basil because it definitely helped add some flavor. The crust was whatever– it had a hint of garlic to it though which was tasty but they could’ve added more. Overall this place is just OK. They have free delivery so I’ll probably order from here again– just don’t have any high expectations and it should be a rather enjoyable meal. Tips/FYI’s: — Free delivery! — 14″ pizza comes with 10 slices(can feed two people comfortably)

This little Italian joint is around the corner from my apartment and has become a take-out staple in my life. Cheap, good, free delivery, friendly staff. The space itself is a little grimy so I avoid hanging out there, but they keep a clean kitchen so I love going for take-out. I almost always get the pesto ravioli. Pasta is al Dante, pesto sauce is creamy and delicious, the cheese filling is classic and yummy, and it comes with tasty garlic knots. Cons: bad atmosphere, grimy appearance, limited menu. The food is good but not outstanding. Totally worth the price if you need a quick dinner/lunch stop or just want some comfort food.

When you order Hawaiian pizza everybody knows it comes with ham and pineapple. There was pineapple but not even little bit of ham. Instead of ham there was a hotdog. I was absolutely disappointed. You guys should not carry Italian name for your pizzeria. Any Italian would be embarrassed. Please do us a favor and give us a real Hawaiian pizza next time. But i will probably never order anything from you.

The fella at the counters demeanor and attitude caused me to turn around and walk right back out before even ordering. As a chef with over 16 years of experience(including working with and having a passion for pizza) all over the U.S., I understand that, at times it’s tough to smile through the stress in this industry, however, being straight up rude and unprofessional while dealing with customers(the people who keep you in business) is an oxymoron to what you do if you’re running a restaurant, or any business for that matter. I gave two stars because what I saw of the product looks like it would have been decent for cheaper end pizza. Some of the other reviewers seem to like it, but I’ll never know and I’m alright with that. I’m also writing this because I read other reviews pertaining to ill treatment from an employee(who I assume is the same one) at this establishment. My advice to this gentlemen: I love what I do and know the hard work that goes into it. There’s good days and bad. It seems, overall, more than one customer has been driven away by your demeanor. Cheer up brother, treat your customers with some respect because with out them you’re done. Love it or leave it, life’s too short.
