History
Established in 2012.
Starting in 2010 Ashlee began training friends and family in the Inland Empire while she completed certification as a fitness instructor. She developed a training plan and branded the program FitWithAshlee. Since the birth of the successful program Ashlee has broadened her locations from the Inland Empire to Los Angeles traveling to train one on one and hosting group bootcamps. Areas of expertise include plyometrics, strength and conditioning, and the very popular fat-blasting high intensity interval training (HIIT). In 2013 Ashlee added her signature meal plans to the program. With a 100% retention rate of each of her clients, she is continuing to expand and offer more programs to conveniently suit the need of others. Her coined phrase, «Be your own motivation» is catching fire from the Inland Empire all the way to Los Angeles. With the right tools and motivation, success could be knocking at your door.
