Olivia’s work out is really hard, but not boring. I get sick of doing the same thing, and she mixes it up. She is really careful of my injuries, and knowledgable about them. I always get a good sore feeling afterward, and my body has changed a lot. I especially notice that I am much leaner on my sides. No jiggles. Also my arms are really firm now. I have been with her for years, and I wouldn’t change for the world.

Olivia is an amazing instructor and person. I began training with her just a little over 3 years now and she has challenged and motivated me from day one. I’m in the best shape ever and that’s all thanks to Olivia’s classes and nutritional advice. Her energy and positive attitude makes a 5:45 am bootcamp class actually fun. Love her and the people I’ve met by taking her classes. I highly recommend Olivia for all levels — you won’t regret it!

I just started Olivia’s boot camp a few months ago, and I love it. It is the perfect combination of challenging, interesting, motivating and fun, and did I say challenging? Olivia keeps the pace moving throughout the class, constantly mixes up the exercises to keep us all on our toes, is tough while also encouraging, and has put together a warm and welcoming group of people to sweat with. I highly recommend!

Olivia is such a fantastic trainer and a incredible motivator. I have been doing her Tuesday/​Thursday bootcamp for a couple of years now, and it is still challenging yet always fun. She’s always changing things up so that every class feels like a tough, but rewarding workout. I feel like I am stronger than I’ve ever been. I love Olivia!

Olivia really knows her stuff. She mixes it up, keeps it interesting and challenges you to push beyond your limits.

What can I say? Olivia is awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I have been training with Olivia for about 4 ½ years now and what a transformation I have gone through. I started after my son was about 4. I went from not being able to squat (no pun intended) to feeling like I can move mountains. Without her lighting that fire inside me I would be so miserable today. My body now craves the workouts and for that I am so thankful to her. If you are looking for a great personal trainer and/​or want to workout with a great group Olivia’s the person you need to call ASAP! You will be so thankful you did.

I’ve been training with Olivia on and off for 5 years and between pilates, boot camp, and the diet she has recommended I have been able to stay in excellent shape even with my work and social schedule. She rocks!

So grateful to have found Olivia. Her Tuesday/​Thursday morning boot camp is challenging and fun and has been a great way to mix up my regular workouts. My overall strength and body composition has noticeably improved in the short time I’ve been going. The added plus is that she is SUPER NICE but firm. Can’t do better than her!

In a word, Olivia is: Extraordinary! I have trained with Olivia for years, This is a workout instructor who keeps you motivated, makes it fun but real, and manages to incorporate a full body workout into an hour that is just right for your particular needs and fitness level. Olivia can instinctively see when I am up for a little more ‘push”, and when I am barely getting through the day. She is very aware of any areas of weakness and injury, and is careful to strengthen without stressing injuries. She has great training and knows her body mechanics, getting optimal results safely and thoroughly every time. Thanks to Olivia, I am stronger, have more energy, and still look great in my clothes. My husband says I still remind him of the girl he married 30 years ago, and I credit Olivia for that, 100%.
If you are thinking about trying a workout with Olivia, I would say don’t wait a second longer! Caution: working out with Olivia can become addictive!
P. S. My 24 year old daughter lives in Dallas, but the first thing she does EVERY trip home is to schedule with Olivia, her workout are one of the things she misses most about L.A.

Olivia Scott’s Piloxing class is what I semi-​jokingly refer to as «Black Swan meets the Spartan Women.». It is tough, exacting, it never gets easier, and I have found it irresistible for all those reasons, and because it works. I feel –and am — stronger, lighter, more flexible, mentally prepared for challenges, and calm enough to take it all on.
You will sweat in this class. You will not stop moving. You will jump high, you will balance, you will move faster than you thought possible doing boxing exercises, you will hold yourself in plank pose on your elbows until you can’t take it, and you will do some more. At the end of class, you will feel very accomplished, and you will be.
The odd thing is, I am not, like Olivia, a former dancer, or someone for whom fitness dictates every aspect of their lives. I have never particularly liked exercise, although I have done a lot of yoga, which is a nice complement to Piloxing. But this is an exercise class that is actually transformational. It isn’t a supplement or an add-​on. It is the real deal, and will get results.
Classes are very small, which is a big plus. There are no show-​offs or room for obnoxious people — we just do our best to follow Olivia! She is a great motivator — she pushes people who need it, and encourages those who need a different approach. Also, she actually puts herself through the routine as well, which makes a big difference. Olivia is happy to modify for injuries, but you will still get a challenging workout, to say the least. I should also add that I have NEVER been sore from a Piloxing session, not even at the beginning. It is that good for me!
