I purchased my 2015 Chevy Cruz from Felix Chevrolet and received excellent service, every step of the way. I was treated as a valued customer. At Felix Chevrolet they have gone beyond satisfactory for me and I definitely appreciate that! I recently took my car in for service and my Service Consultant Delsin Baker also provided excellent service and assured me that my frustrating issue would be resolved. It was resolved with no stress… Thank you again Mr. Baker for your excellent service and making me feel welcomed and heard regarding my car issue. You’re awesome!!!
I would definitely recommend Felix Chevrolet. I have been to other dealerships before purchasing my vehicle at Felix and none compare to the service at Felix Chevrolet!!! Shout out to Dwayne Chew!

I have bought two cars from Felix, this review is about the second purchase. About 9 days ago, I bought a Malibu 2016. The negotiation was fast and easy. I didn’t think of checking the car for any damage because it’s a brand new vehicle. As I’m driving home i find a deep scratch on the dashboard, so I took it back the very next day, they sent me away with nothing no guarantee they will fix it, they just said oh we will inspect it when we fix the pillar which also had a deep scratch. When I washed my car for the first time I noticed a dent and a paint chip that someone had tried to cover up I went back And they fixed that but the car came back with like 5 different dents on the bumper on my brand new 2016. And I am so tired of looking crazy going back. Now I just have to wait and see wether they will actually fix the pillar and the dashboard. Soooo disappointed! I say find another dealership, I wish I would have but now I am stuck with them. And if you do buy from them inspect the car thoroughly because once you sign papers they don’t really care about cosmetic damage on the vehicle.

I was rear ended pretty badly and my vehicle was at the auto shop for two months. After my vehicle was returned by the auto shop my key was not being recognized. I took my car to Felix Chevrolet and was assisted by Junior Obdulio Rivera.
I truly cannot praise Junior enough for his honestly, professionalism and excellent customer service. He diagnosed my car, services it and answered all my questions.

Update: I finally have my car! Yay!
After driving around all day, everything seems to be running perfectly. So, I’d say the mechanics know what they’re doing.
While my experience at Felix Chevrolet did not start off well, it ended well – much better than I anticipated, actually. The fact that they were able to admit that my experience was unacceptable meant a lot to me. They gave me a full tank of gas, washed my car and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I felt that they were genuinely apologetic about my experience and that is rare to find in Los Angeles.

We worked with Daniel Medina at Felix to lease a beautiful 2016 Chevy Volt. He was a total fricken man of his word and beat another very low lease price we found from another dealership. I was most impressed by how honest he was. He didn’t play games. Was very impressed and will be back again. Ask for Daniel Medina. They are the real deal.

This Chevrolet service center is «Top Notch» I had my 2014 Malibu serviced there the other day and was in and out pretty quickly.

Ladies and gentle people, Without further adoo, I bring to you, fresh from his hiatus, the one the only, protector of carribean happiness, the server of servers in service, the tall little guy, the big small guy, the Haitian Sensation, Pierre Louis… I’ve been with Pierre since 2003, and when they say to tip the guy that does your brakes, its him they speak of. Jerry Seinfeld said it best. «You can’t compare a sex to a good mechanic», Well he’s back, and he’s at Felix Chevrolet. My guy. I’ll see you soon.

NEVER again will I bring my vehicle for service to this dealer. Worse experience ever at a Chevy dealer. I brought my car here cause it was the closes at the time and my car was over heating. At first Mr. Baker seemed very nice and helpful but at the end he was a liar and a cheat! The issue with my car was covered under warranty but according to Mr. Baker it wasn’t and I needed to pay $ 135 because the dealer where I normally take my car didn’t perform their job right. I immediately called the other dealer and explained my situation but they said it was still under the warranty and I shouldn’t have to pay ANYTHING! When I called Mr. Baker he said he needed to check with his supervisor and would call me in one hour. I never heard from him. I called him and his supervisor like a STALKER would. I spent all day trying to get a response. I finally got a hold of the supervisor he resolved my issue for free but after SEVERAL calls from me! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I have had nothing but problems with this dealership in every aspect you can imagine. And for my final update .
My husband and I came to this dealership about a year ago to purchase a Chevy Equinox. You can read about that mess of an experience in my first review. They totally pulled the bait and switch on us and the car and I WISH we had just walked away. Long story short, we wanted a Chevy Equinox with 4wheel drive. We explicitly told them this from the beginning. They found us an Equinox with 4wheel drive, moderate upgrades, and reserved it. Then they told us hours later someone sold that car to someone else and got us the «same exact car but with more upgrades, same price». Then after a few more hours and figuring out it wasn’t the same price, actually about $ 7k more expensive they just extended our loan agreement so the payments looked similar, we just said screw it we will take higher payments for the original loan length and went on our way.
FAST FORWARD a year later and we are going to drive up to the mountains for Christmas. The car doesn’t have mother effing 4wheel drive. That was the ENTIRE reason we wanted an SUV and in the whole mess of them selling the original car with 4wheel drive to someone else and then finding us a new car with the same features just more upgrades and then trying to pull ANOTHER fast one on us with pricing, we didn’t think to actually make sure it had 4wheel drive. These people are literally the worst, most incompetent, crooked individuals just looking to move inventory. I’ve literally never been more livid in my entire life.

I have been here on many occasions and I actually just took my car here today. Every time I come here a nice gentleman by the name of Carlos M. Ramos always helps me. He is so great!!! He is professional, nice, courteous and shows great empathy towards your situation and needs. There needs to be more employees like him who can make a person feel less stressful and worried!!! I really do appreciate his great customer service and will make sure I go to him always in the future.

I wish I had read the reviews before stepping foot into this dealership. I now understand why it has a very low rating.
I had called before coming in and was asked to speak with Jasmine, she was very nice and assignment me to Ernesto. He was nice too and I did not feel pressured at all, which felt great.
I went in with the expectation of test driving a 2015 Camaro. I wanted a 2016 but they did not have any on the lot yet. Bummer. Anyway, I test drove the 2015 Camaro. To my disappointment Ernesto only took me around the block (literally). I couldn’t even test the horsepower on it, very disappointed. The whole test drive took 3 to 4 mins long.
Regardless to say Ernesto was still great and we decide to get a quote. He wanted to run my credit score, however I wasn’t sure I wanted to do because I’m also interested in the 2016 mustang. He mentioned a great deal on a lease and it was within my price range. However I had parked next to a parking meter and needed to step out for a second. During this time I called my brother and he convinced me to go ahead and lease.
On my way back, as I was stepping in I saw Ernesto at the entrance and he told me to go ahead and wait for him inside, as I passed him I overheard another salesman telling him «why are you wasting your time with him? His not even going to buy.» So rude!
I was furious. As I’m waiting for Ernesto to come back he comes with his manager and the manager (who’s name I cannot remember) tells me I cannot lease a 2015 Camaro I have to wait for the 2016. By this point I was so upset I did not want to deal with them. Before mentioning the comment to the manger I asked for an estimate quote if I purchase the car, however he didn’t because he said numbers don’t match once you do the credit check. Understandable, however he could have please my needs and done the quote.
By then I was so frustrated I told him about the rude comment from one of his salesman and walked away. They made it easy on me, I’ll be purchasing a 2016 Mustang after all.
I rate them 2 stars because Ernesto was great, otherwise 1 star.

The worst place ever and the worst service I had since I came to United States a few years ago.
I specifically made an earliest appoinment on Friday morning, 7a. m at November 6. I brought my car Thursday November 5 around 5pm., the service consultant was Carlos Ramos. I only needed a check of everything. $ 130, ok, fine. He promised to call me on Friday at 10a.m.-nothing. Calling myself at 3p.m.-my car not ready. No one called on Saturday either, I called, Carlos was on his day off, but they said «come, your car is ready»
Ok, I came. I live in Pasadena so I had to take subway with 2 stops all the way to downtown LA. And when I came, another guy said that my car needs more work to be done.
My service advicer was not there. Why he couldn’t just call me? And tell over the phone?
So he just left for his days off and didn’t care at all about me and my car.
I had to leave my car at the service and take subway back to Pasadena on Saturday and carry groceries without car.
Ok, then I called Monday morning 8:30, I guess Carlos Ramos didn’t make it to his work on time, so I was transferred to his voicemail. Then around 9:30, from second attempt I was able to reach alive person, then Carlos put me on hold for 11 min (!!!), then he finally talked to me and promised he will call me at 5p.m. the same day (Monday).
Guess what? No one called me! I called myself exactly at 5 p.m. and I asked if my car be ready tomorrow and if I can come to pick it up at 10a.m. Carlos said «yes».
And the next day, Tuesday, I took subway from Pasadena and at 10a. m when I was walking towards Chevy– Carlos called me and said that my car is not ready and he doesn’t know when it be ready and he will call me then.
I do not understand why he couldn’t say that on Monday night?
I plan my Tuesday day on Monday night, not on 10a. m Monday. I get ready for the next day at the evening of the previous day and set up alarm clock at 4:30 a.m. And when I wake up at 4:30 I know what I am doing today.
I am an international grad dentist and study for my test to confirm my dental license in United States, so I must go my study center/​library every day from 8a. m to 5−6p.m.
But that day I planed on picking up my car, so to do it before traffic hours, means before 2p.m.
And therefore my day was ruined.
And Carlos didn’t want to understand what he did wrong.
If he would tell me Monday night that it’s not 100% then on Tuesday I would just go to my study center which is 15 min walk from my apartment
Then he called me around 4p. m and left voicemail and said my car is ready. Of course I didn’t go at that time on subway, so I do not have to drive back to Pasadena in traffic on 110.
I came Wednesday morning and Carlos didn’t even bother to give me his sincere apologies. All he said: «you car is ready, go pay». I had to tell him in very calm quiet voice that I am very disappointed with the service. He briefly said «Sorry» and then became very defensive, started yell at me, and didn’t let me talk by constantly interrupting me. He didn’t even show me where is the cashier, so I had to ask very nice and polite mechanic with long braid. Cashier was very nice too. I felt better talking to nice polite people. I wanted to talk to the manager but he was busy and no one called me back the same day.
Someone called the next day about 5p.m. but I was studying and phone was on quiet.
And for all that I still have to pay about $ 400
If I screwed up in my work in the same way as Carlos to me, I would give my client sincere speech, I would say «I am apologizing, I had no excuses for what I’ve done, I am very very sorry», I would say it in nice quiet voice with the intonation of apology, may I would even get flowers for my client.
I do think the behavior of Carlos Ramos was inappropriate and I wonder how many clients he let go by his attitude.
After all that do you think I will ever want to buy a new car from them and take care of my new car at their place???
I would highly recommend Carlos to talk to a therapist about the way he treats clients. May be he just needs some professional help.

This place is a joke! I brought my car Saturday around noon for an oil change and they said they were booked for the rest of the day (which is understandable) but then the little guy at the desk says «well look at the time»
Just do your damn job and keep your stupid remarks to yourself!
He said to come in Monday before 3pm and they’d help me out. I left work early on Monday, pulled into the service station at 1:30pm and the same little guy at the counter said «it’s gonna be a 3 hour wait. We took too many cars in this morning»
WTF! 3 hours for an oil change?!

After extensive research I made the decision that my next car was going to be electric. Torn between the Nissan Leaf and the Chevy Spark, I decided to go with the 2015 Chevy Spark EV. The only thing is, unlike the Nissan Leaf which is sold all over the country, the electric version of the Spark (Spark EV) is only sold in California, Oregon and now Maryland.
Since I live in Los Angeles, I didn’t think getting one was going to be a problem. I was wrong. True Car, the automotive and pricing website, kept directing me to dealerships that sold/​leased the Chevy Spark EV but literally none of them had any 2015 Spark EVs in stock at the time.
Apparently the car was a little more popular than I thought. I had been looking since the end of August and it was now Mid-​October. Although I had my mind pretty much made up for the Spark EV, I still needed to actually test drive the car to see if all the things I read and heard were true and if it was in fact a car for me. I called Felix Chevrolet, suspecting that they may not have any new models in stock, but wondering if they had an older 2014 Spark EV that I could at least test drive. They did. And that’s when I met Michael Harris.
Mike was great. He was friendly, honest, accommodating and quite knowledgeable not only about this particular car, but about all the tax incentives that I had already read so much about and researched. The test drive went great and I fell in love with the small car which is a beast and lots of fun to drive. While no new Sparks were available at the moment, Mike assured us that a few were being delivered, perhaps within the next two weeks. I told him I was very interested, gave him my contact info and he said he would be in touch once he got confirmation that the Sparks were en route.
A week later, I got a call and a text that three 2015 Spark EVs had just come in to the dealership. Two were sold and there was a Silver one left. I let him know I was on my way and he gave his word that he wouldn’t sell the car. And he didn’t. Even though there were people there quite interested in the vehicle, he kept his word. I got there an hour after we spoke and I finally got the car I’d been trying to find for three months.
The leasing process went great and I managed to drive off with my new car. When I came back the next day to set up my OnStar, Mike reminded me about another one of California’s green/​electric car incentive programs I had forgotten about, (The CA Clean Air Project). I applied online right there for the $ 2500 check at the dealership and got my confirmation emailed to me before leaving. If Mike hadn’t reminded me and applied for it while I was there, chances are I may have forgotten all about this.
I’ve bought a number of cars from dealerships in several different states over the years, (Michigan, New Jersey, New York) but this has by far been the best experience so far. Everyone at the dealership was great and Micheal Harris was a refreshing joy to deal with when making such a major decision.

I dropped in at 7:30am to get my 2105 SS Camaro serviced; I was the only car in line until about 20 minutes later; there were at least 5 behind me. I asked if the car would be washed, and if I could get a detail (and I would pay for it). The guy at the counter, (really nice guy) said he would inquire about the detailing. I told them I would be waiting for the car in the lounge. Two and a half hours later, I was getting really ancy. I noticed in the lounge that a sign said «complimentary car wash» which I expected, at the least. I was told the detailer wasn’t available, and I was given his card. That’s fine, I was just glad that I would get a complimentary car wash.
Nope.
Another ten minutes go by waiting for my car to pull up after it was called up by the service cashier.
My car came back dirtier than when I dropped it off because of the hand prints all over the hood from the service department. I was expecting that waiting for 2.5 hours would at the LEAST be honored with their complimentary car wash. I was so late for work that I didn’t even have time to say anything.
I’m really disappointed, I don’t think I will be coming back. And it’s a shame because my office is less than a mile away :(At least my service was free thanks to my policy.

JR is the new guy on campus over at Felix– but let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff.
He was completely helpful with my Hhr and called me within an hour to let me know what was wrong with it. He also informed me about a recall on my car, that I had no idea about.
If you go to this spot, ask for JR. — guy knows his cars from front to back.

I bought my Chevy from Keys on Van Nuys in 2013 and have had horrible customer service at their Service Center ever since. I even spent some time in Austin, TX, and experienced similarly shoddy service at Capitol Chevrolet. Missing parts for scheduled repairs, bad time management, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction.
Imagine what a pleasant surprise it was to find a Chevy dealership who actually cares about the customer AFTER the initial sale! My oil change at Felix took way longer than predicted (as usual), but the lovely gal at the front desk seemed genuinely concerned when I told her, and offered me 10% off for the trouble.
Also, apparently the nice (but clearly tired) gentleman who was helping me misunderstood when I said I wanted ONLY an oil change and tire pressure check– when it came time to pay I had been billed for additional services that I had not wanted done. When I voiced this, Service Manager Jim Ryan was quick to accommodate, and did not charge me for the additional unwanted services– just the $ 40 oil change I had asked for. Super nice guy who seemed to actually care about the customer.
I still didn’t get my car back washed and vacuumed as initially promised, but oh well. At this point I’m just happy to find a Chevy dealership with good customer service. I love my Spark, but after 2 years of dealing with all of this, next time… I might buy a Toyota.

I had a VERY uncomfortable experience at this dealership while test driving a Volt. I loved the car, but the salesman was extremely rude to my friends and me.
He asked us to pull over during the test drive because we were «speeding.» I don’t know how many test drives he has been on but I feel like it’s customary to test the horse power esp of an electric car. We were in the test drive for all of 5 minutes.
He was also giving contradictory answers about car stats. Now either he didn’t know car info or he was giving us misinformation to try to confuse us.
I feel as if he was uncomfortable that we were 3 young men. And when I spoke to the manager after this incident and he was not interested in my experience AT ALL.
I loved the car so much that I bought it down the street in at Glendale Chevrolet. But I will never ever ever go back to this dealership.

I bought a new camaro ss and i was promised a free tank of gas in exchange for a positive Unilocal review, i went in there to collect the gas and one of their porters FARTED IN MY CAR!!!
i brought the issue up to George the manager and he was totally rude and unapologetic.
These people have no respect for their customers. any positive reviews they have are fake reviews that they have paid for in free gas. the one star reviews are the ones that will reflect your real experience.
