FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

All the workers there just didn’t seem to care about anything. And yeah, there was this girl who was extremely rude and grumpy.
Also, it cost $ 562 to ship two UCLA hoodies and a few socks to China, and then the custom took the item cuz it was over 1000 RMB… So it’ll take more than 2 months for my uncle and aunt to get the stuff, though originally it was supposed to be 9 days. I was asking the workers there about all these before I shipped my items but they just didn’t know a thing. They didn’t tell me anything.

Terrible customer service. Staff are not interested in helping customers. Staff have little knowledge about their business. Some are better than others but I kick myself for going back there every time!

The 2 girls that were working this morning should be wearing a sign that says «I hate my job and you are about to suffer for it». Atrocious customer service. Never again. Life’s too short.

Customer service here is awful, the manager sucks, and no one knows what they are doing. I’ve been shipping things for a long time and I know what I can and can’t do. They keep telling me I can’t do anything here and they wouldn’t take my package. Worst.

The worst Service I have ever in my life. two girls playing with checking packages and the clients were standing for almost 20 mean it’s doing nothing.
Also the girl is very rude and unprofessional.

An okay place to grab mailing supplies at the last minute. The employees are fairly uninterested in helping customers, especially with specific questions. I once tried to print color pages from a PDF on my USB, and the first printed batch cropped the pages incorrectly. The employee I asked for help just said to «try again» or «print in black and white» to fix the problem. I eventually gave up on the project.
There never seems to be a manager on the premises, and employees on breaks often take up chairs in the computer center while using their cell phones. Just a general attitude of unprofessionalism.

This has to be the worst printing place I have ever been to. It took them 15 min to print an 11×17 page and u actually had to walk them through how to do it actual size vs fit to page. Once that was finally done, they completely overcharged me for it. Just a horrible experience overall.

I would absolutely discourage anyone from visiting this location.
1) The parking is terrible. It’s a really small lot and you have to stack the cars in there. You give your keys to the valet guy and then he plays tetris trying to squeeze cars in and out. Not a fan.
2) The employees inside are rude. They all act as if they couldn’t be bothered with your job or product. They are always backed up and act like bratty teenagers.
3) The employees pay no attention to detail. They mess up all sorts of things.
4) I sent a basic .pdf and they called me 3 hours later saying that they couldn’t print it. Their system wouldn’t let them to it. It was at this point that I lost all faith in them. PLEASE go somewhere else.

Absolutely rude employees. I came about a business card inquiry that I phoned them about a day in advance for the company I work for. My boss asked me to get card stock information and a sample, to which the girl over the phone said was possible I just had to come in store to print one out. I didn’t realize it was a self-​service thing so when I went there naturally I had questions. I asked her where I go about obtaining a sample and the attendant said go to the computers. Didn’t even point where. Had to ask her a second time. And she didn’t even help me or try to walk me through this even though clearly I had no idea what to do. Basically I had to get on a design workstation and upload the graphics and resize them accordingly, which I figured out on my own. When I finished it prompted me to place an order to which I asked the lady I just wanted a sample and she acted annoyed and told me I had to place the order for the sample to print out. Then she came over to my station and said I had to use the «quick prints» option while I had been working on a different station, so I had to redo everything which wasted time. I just don’t understand why she couldn’t have offered to walk me through it. Or offered more helpful instructions.
Other girl Brenda really ticked me off. I asked if I could cancel the order because the color wasn’t coming out the way I wanted. She mumbled something and took my sample away so I asked again «could I keep one to show my boss?» And she SNAPPED at me so rudely and said «Yeah! I SAID I just had to stamp it since you’re not buying it»
These were just the main hi lights of my visit — there were lots more to be annoyed about here.
Don’t go here, there’s another Fedex further down westwood towards Santa Monica that I’m hopeful has a better staff.

I usually get ok service when I come first thing in the morning when fedex opens, 7am. This morning on ¾/​2015 lady opening was very rude and on a power trip. She either forgot to take her meds, hates her job, or hates people. I having been become to fed ex office all over So. Cal and never treated like this morning. Normally I would have said something however she probably would have got ghetto on me from her remarks she already stated this morning to me. Great location but that’s it, don’t expect customer service here. What a shame with the prices they charge.

I would never come here if it wasn’t walking distance from my office. Employees are unhelpful, will rudely tell you they do not do US Post if you use the verb «mail», there is always a wait even though there are never more than 2 – 3 customers in the store.
I’m anxiously awaiting the new UPS store on Westwood!

Lousy service with people who could care less. Managers say sorry and there’s nothing we can do. They have several machines that do not work and when I told the people there they said we used to have a sign but it must have fell down.

Unfriendly staff — not very responsive or helpful. I needed to ask so many questions for my shipment. Usually they tell you the details without having to ask. No smiles whatsoever. Probably won’t go back unless it’s necessary.

Not a helpful crew at allllll… i had an issue with a file i wanted to print. He said «there shouldnt be a problem», didnt offer help or anything. Laptop station not working most of the time. Rest of the crew are just as unhelpful

Customers service is crap.
They traet you as stupid, they are not willing to help you at all.
The girls in the counter are rude and doesnt care about you, or what you are doing. Dont go!!!

Tried to print a standard document on 8.5×11 paper.
Spoke to a very rude Brenda who told me «we can’t stop the printer to print»
I didn’t ask that. I just asked if I sent an email how long it would be till I could pick up my documents.
So I emailed and decided to walk in and ask for the manager.
Luigi the manager greeted me and asked me for help. He pulled up my documents and said «oh we need 10 to 50 minutes because I don’t know what you need done»
Umm isn’t the email right in front of you? Didn’t I say just print it on normal paper.
Never coming back. Reminded me of the SNL skit of a copy place where workers hate their lives
If you need to print go to Westwood copies by the coffee bean. 8 cents per page and they won’t charge you to use the computer.

I came in here to print a document and mail two packages. They each were in between $ 12 – 15 which wasn’t bad because I was shipping to the east coast. The lady was helpful and she was able to remain very calm when there was a customer who was not very tech savvy and kept repeating the same sentence. I will be back if I need something shipped. Thanks!

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews, because when I came in panicking because I had to send an envelope ASAP at around 10pm on a Thursday night (before Christmas on Tuesday) across the country, the employee working at the time was incredibly helpful and worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed.
She helped me set up a FedEx account, determine what envelope was best for me, was concerned that I didn’t pay too much for a shipping speed that I probably didn’t need, and was overall just an incredible help. I’m pretty sure I was at the store for about forty minutes to an hour going back and forth printing labels and figuring my crap out, but not once during that time did she show impatience or frustration with me, she was calm, composed, and very objective.
When I came in, I was incredibly flustered and was probably not in the greatest mood, but by the time I left, I was in love with FedEx. I will definitely come back for future shipping needs!
Also, fun fact: this place used to be Kinko’s and does a lot of copying for UCLA departments and student groups and stuff. People still call it Kinko’s (e.g. my boss at work), which may or may not confuse the EFF out of anyone that doesn’t know, so yeah.
