I had an excellent experience with Fast Way Towing! I needed my car towed from Baldwin Hills up to Burbank for a repair. I called Fast Way Towing because of their good reviews and they came quickly. The tow truck driver was very nice and treated my car in a professional and respectable manor. They have GREAT SERVICE and I would highly recommend them!

AMAZING!!! I needed a jump start last weekend. A little back story on my past experience with a tow company — Back in October I called a DIFFERENT place and was quoted $ 85 over the phone twice and when they showed up, charged me $ 155. I am STILL dealing with having my texts, calls dodged or ignored to get my refund, to which they promised me in the beginning. I was very hesitant to have to call someone but I didn’t have a choice. I was dreading having to call and nervous I would have the same thing happen.
I found Fast Way Towing here on Unilocal and saw 5 stars and gave them a call. He was very professional on the phone, I was obviously frustrated and overwhelmed and he clearly gave me the flat fee over the phone and said it might take up to an hour because they were busy, I told them come when you can I’ll be waiting. It was also pretty hot outside. Plus my phone had 1% battery adding to my stress levels. I had just gotten off work and all I wanted to do was get home. About 30 minutes after I called a car shows up. Not a tow truck like I was expecting. He came over himself to help me! He said he knew I was waiting over here, which was close to where he was and knew that his trucks would be a while to get to me so he took time off from teaching his daughter how to drive to swing by and give me a jump. WOW! Talk about customer service! I have this # saved in my phone for any future car melt downs. I just replaced my battery but if I ever leave my lights on or need my car towed this is the only place I’m trusting.

BEST TOWING COMPANY EVER. They quoted a reasonable price, did their job professionally and quickly, their people are really pleasant to work with, and they didn’t charge anything extra. They’re amazing. We had a car roll down a fake lawn hill and they were able to get the vehicle back up without damaging anything. A++++.

I was stuck with a flat tire, well after hours. Unilocal was a great help to find someone nearby; but one call was all it took. 30 minutes later I was on my way home. People buy from people right? Great people!

I cannot say enough about this tow company. I know, who would Unilocal about a tow company? Well, when you are stranded an hour and a half away at night with a truck of your own with 1,000 pounds of equipment on it and no tow trucks are open or want to help, Fastway is there! The owner of the company rescued me and still didn’t kill me on price! My fault for not having AAA that I have always had and decided to quit on! Murphy’s Law I suppose. I am truly grateful to this to company.

The best service ever! They stay true to there name, FAST! I was stuck without a spare tire and needed to get off road ASAP, Fastway showed up with a flatbed and towed me to where I needed to go. The driver was very nice and helpful. Great tow company.
