Fashion Expo

This review is specifically for the Asian lady working there this past Sunday around 2pm. I’m not from the area but I bought some furniture at a store down the street Friday night and as I was in a hurry I decided to stop here just 30 mins before closing time. The young woman and older lady there were very nice and they had good clothes selection for this coming winter and right before paying I left my card in my sisters purse who was next door and they waited for her to get there for me to make my purchase so Friday I left that store with intentions of going back.
Sunday was a different story. Neither woman from Friday and I went to exchange some green cargo pants for a bigger size. I went with my cousin who’s a chasier at a higher end fashion store and the lady there was rude from the start, I wanted to explain to her that I wanted the same purchase but bigger size and I had forgotten my receipt. I don’t live near by and I didn’t realize I had forgotten it. The lady told me she will not exchange it before even explaining to her. My cousin asked her why not if it was going to be same purchase for an exact item just different size and the lady told her no because she didn’t know me. That was her reason she kept saying she didn’t know me so she wasn’t gonna exchange the item for that reason. Of course she didn’t know me I don’t live there. I found my receipt so now I’m gonna go and exchange it. Too bad I can’t get a refund otherwise I will and I would never shop there again, at least not with her she won’t give you good customer service unless she knows you so the store isn’t welcoming to people from other areas that’s why I give her 0, stars if I could.
