I go here sometimes to pick Silks and polyshantungs for personal projects as well as for bulk orders. It is a little hard to find at first (it is on the 3rd floor) but once you find it, it is worth it. David, the owner, is a very nice and sincere gentleman, who will both help you find what you need as well as impart some of his life wisdom. I have always found them to deal honestly and fairly (which is sometimes hard to find in the downtown fabric district.
You can find parking in the lot above the building. They are one of the least expensive lots in the area.
