Our toilet was not flushing well so called them and all they did was use the augger for the toilet. It didn’t work and then he told me that I’ll need to replace our pipes. I asked about the camera but he said that they will need to come out again and it’ll cost around $ 175. So I said no, and he was going to charge me $ 110 for the augger. I told him that they told me it’ll cost $ 55 to come out here and fix the toilet clog. Since he didn’t even fix the clog I figured it would be free but he still charged me $ 55. Bad service and the guy didn’t seem to
Know what he was doing or even telling me.

Called them and they had someone out in less than 2 hours. The technician was very personable and explained what he was going to do and completed the work quickly and for a very reasonable price.

One if the best plumbing company… Clogged drain on a Saturday morning i called express plumbing and they sent a technician over less than 30 min it took about 45 min and it was fixed i was very happy with Sam on being kind and trustworthy.

My sink was backed up and clogged not so long ago due to hair clogging it! They fixed it with short matter of time and per usual always leave me impressed.

from initial call out for having a main line snaked to finally figuring out i had to have a whole new sewer line, Andres V. was top notch in recommendations and providing insight in the process of doing the work. Andres and his team were extremely efficient, working full days to install a new sewer line from house to street in extremely difficult circumstances. the work may have taken a few days but i was never left without service at night. highly recommend express plumbing for emergency rooter and main line installation.

really wasn’t expecting to have anyone take care of my clogged toilet and shower this evening after my guests had left. But Express came out after 8pm and took care of my shower clog. The toilet was tricky, but the tech was quick to realize that something was stuck in the toilet. Let’s just say I have to shop for new salt & pepper shakers! But they got the job done, the guy in the tech was very professional and clean. The gentleman in the office was so nice and helpful.

Great team from beginning to end of job. Professional, clean, uniformed and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend them. They came out to a bad situation in 90 min. time and made sure I was informed and knew who was coming. Special thanks for Seve’s fine digging… for your muscle and backbreaking work. Seve can dig a hole deeper than he is tall and accurately measured. I’ve never seen anything like it! He literally dug about 9′ deep and 3′ wide, leaving a clean space and putting the dirt on a tarp to not stain the driveway. He worked tirelessly and effortlessly all by himself, all day and never stopped smiling.

What do you when your main line is clogged in the middle of the night?
After calling around trying to get someone to come over I found Express Rooter. The technicians name was Gary (which we actually joked about how at least 1 Gary knew how to do plumbing) and put in all his effort to unclog the main line. Took a little less than 30 minutes and he was on his way. The charge was $ 55, which is better than a backed up toilet!
I also had an issue with a pump on the toilet and mentioned it to Gary and he checked it out. He just needed to tighten a screw on the pump. I was going to go out and buy a whole other part. Glad he saved me the time and money!
Would definitely use them as my go to source for plumbing

I called Express Plumbing & Rooter around 8:30 p.m. on 1÷20÷2016, and was able to get a next day appointment by 10:30 a.m. I called back at round 5 a.m. to see if I could get an earlier an appointment, and I had a plumber to arrive at my door by 9 a.m. They didn’t give me a quote by phone — the consultation was free. For the work I needed, I think the charge was reasonable/​fair.
About my plumbing technician: Andres showed up on time, dressed professionally with identifiable identification, and he was very helpful with troubleshooting my problem. Andres was very knowledgeable and savvy, which indicated he was passionate about what he does for a living. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was more than satisfied with the services he provided. And not once, did he treat me differently because I was a woman, like with some other companies I dealt with in the past. The cost was reasonable for the service and Andres was even nice enough and gave me a special discount. Andres thumbs up all the way — keeping giving that A+ Customer Service.
I will definitely use this service again, and will request Andres since I am now familiar with the type of service he provides. Thank you Express Plumbing & Rooter for getting my water back on.

I have to say, I called Express Plumbing during the holidays and was able to have a Thanksgiving miracle! They came out within an hour to take care of my clogged toilet, recommended a camera inspection if I have the issue reoccur. Of course I had no worries as it was just from the extra family staying over the holidays.
Holidays passed and I made it through the family visit. They left and my toilet clogged again! But I knew I could count on Express Plumbing to help me, I called they had someone out to my house within 45 minutes. They cleared the line, they ran a camera and my pipe was broken, probably from some work done at my property. They were able to replace the broken section quickly, professionally and I loved how I was updated and informed of everything.
Now it’s been over a month and I’m a very happy customer! I recommend Express Plumbing to everyone who wants a professional, friendly & reliable plumbing company!

So i had a party and my restroom was backed up and the toilet was over filling so i gave a call to my local plumbing «Express plumbing» & asked if they could send someone out asap cuz people were to arrive shortly in the next few hours they sent someone out and his name was «Sam» great technician came out took a look and new right away what to do didn’t take him long was done in no time Very very clean work fast & professional thanks to EXPRESS PLUMBING

I typically don’t write reviews on Unilocal.But once in a great while. I come across a business that I feel compelled to write a review about. Express Plumbing and Rooter is one of them. After attempting every DIY tutorial video on YouTube, I realized that I needed to call a professional to fix my clogged garbage disposal.
Enter Victor, the Express Plumbing technician, who saves the day! He knew exactly how to tackle the problem (which was much bigger than I thought) and expertly fixed the clogged drain. He left the kitchen spotless after the somewhat messy job. He even offered to give a me a special discount when he found out that I was a first-​time customer. Needless to say, I highly recommend Express Plumbing and Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Our plumbing backed up and we called Express to come out and help get us running again. The tech who arrived seemed friendly and competent. He pulled the toilet off and tried to clean the main line through the toilet. We were still clogged. His supervisor came out to use a camera to see what was going on. The supervisor was a bully and basically pushed us into installing a main-​line cleanout for $ 1500, saying that was the only way to clear the line.
The next day, after they had dug up our yard and pulled out a section of pipe, we get a phone call from the supervisor saying that they couldn’t clear the line without using a hydro-​jet and that would cost us an additional $ 1100 (as a favor because the actual price was $ 2100). I protested and the supervisor became abusive and rude. I told him to wait until I got to the house. He left before I arrived. Then his guys used a balloon on the hose to force a little hole in the line and they called it a job well done. Two days later we were backed up again. This time we called Chase with California hydro-​jet and he was able to come out and completely clear our line for $ 300 and showed me the entire length with the camera. Wish that we had started with him.
Oh and that clean-​out that was installed? It’s only a downstream cleanout, as we found out today, so it won’t do any good if we get clogged up under the house.
My only explanation for all the positive reviews here on Unilocal is that Express must be buying positive reviews. It’s a shame that a sketchy company is able to take advantage of you when you are in a stressful situation. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about hiring these guys. Our experience with them was dismal at best.

Unfortunately, the snake did not fix the problem, but they came up with a solution! They did all the work same day and we’re such a pleasure to work with! I’ve used Express plumbing, they’re like my emergency line! Their service is unbelievably amazing, they arrived exactly when I was told they will and the wait time since I called till they got there was only 45 minutes considering the heavy L. A traffic I was very pleased. My toilet was backed up due to washing clients hair in my sink and they used their tools to unclog everything! Little did i know there was so much being backed up from the huge amount of hair being in there, they solved the problem. Express plumbing not only resolved the issue but also gave me advice and tips.
I also appreciate the confirmation call being received from their company, it always helps me to know when i could release my clients.

We were having a problem with our sewer line, we decided to give a try Express Plumbing Service for $ 55 special for drain cleaning service.
Mike and John arrived on time and very quickly they found my problem. Mike explains to me why we having a problem and he recommend to ran a snake to clear main sewer pipe. After 45 minutes of snaking my sewer line got cleared.
