Wow, I wish I had asked his name. Anyway, the gentleman who answered the phone answered all of my questions and tried to guide me in a very helpful manner. I was searching for 3 CM granite slab in a specific color tone and he listened and then asked why I needed 3 CM, listened to my explanation, followed up with a very reasonable question and then referred me to a competitor that he said carries a good stock of 3 CM thick slabs. Wow.
