I can always count on Enchanted with all my party rentals!

After looking for a rental company I decided to use them for an event at my home, based on their reviews. They also had reasonable prices and they had a larger selection of items. My first hesitation was while placing my order, the staff was harsh and not super helpful, but I looked past it.
When my order arrived, we were missing linens but then had extra linens for the wrong size table. A large portion of the chairs were dirty. The silverware was dirty. Oh and if you’re renting trash cans from them, you should note they’re super small.
I would use them again.

Found Enchanted Rentals on Unilocal and couldn’t have been happier. After inviting more people to a dinner party than our kitchen table could seat, we decided to give renting tables and chairs a try…
Miguel made the process seamless. I’m especially grateful for his flexibility and competitive pricing. The only difficulty I found was actually finding the location, but that was my bad as I was looking for a more warehouse-​y looking operation.
Hands down, I’d recommend this family-​run business to anyone in the market for party equipment rentals.

I have been talking to these guys for a week, I finalized an invoice, and then I get an email saying that they cannot take my order since it’s for Thanksgiving.
I literally just signed off on the invoice, didn’t get any payment instructions yet (so couldn’t pay), and now they are backing out???
Talk about TERRIBLE customer service!!! NEVER AGAIN. Learn how to treat your customers!!!
UPDATE: After I posted this review, Miguel kindly «thanked» me for this review, and then told me he’s going to tell all the party rental places what I’ve done and that I’m a complicated customer. Basically, because their website is subpar, I had to ask a lot of questions — so I’m «complicated». I’m sure Miguel would love it if I posted the whole thread here, but let’s not get him fired for being a jerk.

I have never worked with an equipment rental company as smoothly and professionally as this one. Enchanted Rentals provided the outdoor furniture and other necessities for our wedding last weekend, and they were reliable, communicative, and professional throughout the process. Most importantly, Enchanted Rentals was an EASY company to work with. Miguel was organized and clear on the phone. Pickup and dropoff were both fluid and smooth. I can’t be more pleased by Enchanted Rentals and will continue using them for at-​home parties and special events.

I highly recommend Miguel and Enchanted Rentals. I organize an annual charity walk, and when I approached him about renting a popup tent, tables and chairs for this year’s event, it turned out that he was in the process of moving his entire business. Despite the fact that it was a logistical pain, he was able to take my order and deliver equipment to me at my home. It must have been extremely difficult to get something like that together despite working out of several locations at once, and I’m grateful Miguel was honest, kept his word and both delivered and picked up when he said he would. Pico Party has moved way across time, and I promise you’ll have a good experience with Miguel.

We had a small wedding (30 ppl) and needed to rent everything as we ended up renting a house that is not usually set up for events like this. Miguel helped me secure all of the necessities. He explained everything to me up front and showed me any item in person that I was unsure about.
Upon delivery, he and his assistant brought everything as expected. They were prompt and thorough. When I saw that the trashcan I had reserved was smaller than I expected, he offered me a second one without charging me. He was truly interested in making sure we had everything we need and were happy.
Miguel is really the nicest, most capable person I’ve secured rentals from. I would really encourage anyone looking to make sure you get a quote from him.

Whenever we have a large office party or event, we always go to Enchanted Rentals for tables and chair rentals. They’ve accommodated last minute rental requests for us before, they are ridiculously cheap, for an additional small fee, and they will deliver and pickup.

I looove this place! Every year for the past three years I’ve been renting chairs, tables & umbrellas for family events. And I love that they have preschool-​sized tables and chairs!
They are super quick to respond; I received email quotes within the same day of submitting online inquiries. Everything has been in great condition and the delivery & pick up has always been smooth. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve hired Enchanted for a couple of events and they RULE! Miguel is super nice and understanding and took care of me like family. For my bigger event they were kind enough to send me pictures of certain items to make sure I was happy. Also it’s very affordable so what’s not to love. I am… enchanted!

I originally wrote this review back in October of 2012: Fantastic service, excellent pricing (I compared them to three other places and they were the quickest to respond and the least expensive). We rented linens and glassware. They revised my order a couple times with no complaints.
I would use Enchanted again in a heartbeat.

I would HIGHLY recommend this business and definitely plan on using them again in the future. Out of all the companies I called they were the most easy going, friendly and accommodating. I ended up needing to keep the items I rented for a little longer, which they had no problem with AND let me keep them for free!!! I thought it was too good to be true as their rental prices were very reasonable as it was, but they kept their word and I only paid for the one day. Talk about service! What could have been a stressful and expensive process was made simple and fun thanks to enchanted zone!

Original Review from 2012 (update at bottom): This Thanksgiving, I all of a sudden decided I wanted to host a giant dinner for my friends. That said, my friends often have other plans and I was absolutely astounded when all 18 people actually RSVP’d yes.
After my initial panic attack on wondering how all those people were going to fit in my tiny apartment, I started counting my dishes and realized that I only had 5 plates, 12 wine glasses, random silverware, and so on and so forth and then I had a second panic attack. Better yet, this all went down Monday before my dinner happening less than a week later on Sunday.
Cue in Enchanted to the rescue. They had great reviews on Unilocal and, best of all, had their rates listed directly on their website, so I could budget right there without having to call and haggle prices.
I emailed a request and received a quote emailed back within just a few hours; I was very impressed.
After a few days, I was able to email back and make a change, and received an updated quote back again within an hour. I confirmed the reservation on Thursday for Sunday pick up. Then, of course, I realized I forgot to include dessert forks and I had to email back again on Friday and they emailed back saying there was no problem, that the extra forks would be waiting for me. As of now, I already had decided that Miguel and Diana were saints.
Saturday rolls around and The Boyfriend and I roll up in his 4 door sedan. Miguel was concerned about tying the rented folding tables to the roof of the car. He immediately said that instead of the two 8′ tables I was renting, he would give me three 6′ tables, which would tie down better, the third table gratis. Even though he was about to head out on a delivery, Miguel and another guy stayed on to help my bf secure the tables to the roof for the drive home. Everything else was boxed and wrapped, waiting for me to put it in the car.
Fast forward, the party was fantastic and everyone kept commenting on how classy the whole event was (SO glad I didn’t resort to paper plates and plastic forks!). The Monday everything was due to go back to Enchanted, they don’t give you a certain time, just so long as you return it the next day, I left for the office and made sure the BF knew where to drop everything off. I guess he decided to do some work from home first, because I got a very sweet call from Diana around 1pm saying they were going to go to lunch from 1 – 2 and to tell my bf so that he wouldn’t show up to a closed shop.
Long story short, Enchanted had exactly what I needed, despite it being very random numbers of each (10 wine glasses, 22 forks, etc etc) for exactly a price in my budget (only $ 51 for everything!!). I was worried that they wouldn’t have what I needed, especially since I was putting in my official request less than a week before I needed it, but everything went off without a hitch and they truly allowed me to give the kind of party I wanted to.
Thanks so much, Enchanted! Can’t wait to use you again next year, for what is going to be a new annual tradition!
Update: It’s now 2015 and I’ve hosted 3 Friendsgivings, each larger than the last. I’ve started including delivery as well and the $ 50 is well worth it to not have to worry about fitting everything in (and on) a sedan. Enchanted has never let me down, but we did have a close call this year! First, the email with the billing method got stuck in my spam box, so I didn’t find it for over a week. Look out for it! Second, I always host Friendsgiving on Sunday, but my order this year accidentally got filed into the actual Thursday Thanksgiving Holiday pile. I’m so very glad that I called to ask when the truck was coming on Saturday because I nearly didn’t get my order. They were very confused at first, but figured it out and were excellent about calling a truck back and rectifying everything, esp because I had already paid in full. Only a minor snafu when all things are considered, since everything still arrived on time. Thanks for the years of great service, Enchanted!

I trusted Unilocal to find a party rental place, and wasn’t let down (their old Unilocal acct which got merged out w/​this one has 25+ 5 star reviews!). I needed tables and chairs for a party. Enchanted Zone Rentals was easy to get ahold of, friendly, professional. Items were dropped off and picked up as planned, and everything as ordered.

Did a party for Mr. C’s 40^th birthday, so I needed tables and chairs. I found this place on Unilocal and they were amazing. Did the entire dealings via email and I changed my order only 300 times. Delivery was on time and they took everything to the roof deck for me. I was out of a car for the pick up, but they worked around my schedule nicely so I could get them back. Very professional! They have a 10% discount going for the Summer if you pay cash. Will use again.

For my Thanksgiving potluck this year, I decided to class it up a bit and rent tables, chairs, linens, and non-​plastic utensils, glasses, and plates. From the research I did on rental prices in the Los Angeles area, Enchanted Zone Party Rental offered the best price and were the friendliest. Delivery of the rentals was also prompt and the two delivery guys were careful and helped me set up the heavier things.
The ambiance of the party was so much better because of the rentals that I definitely plan on using Enchanted Rental in the future again for all my party needs!
