TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!! I opened up a Unilocal account just to write this review.– very disappointed!
I’m very upset about this whole situation and couldn’t believe how someone could possibly be so rude to their customers.
We ordered a baptism dress about a week and a half ago to have ready by the 26^th. We even made a deposit to guarantee the dress would be ready, since our event is on the 2^nd of April. When we get to elenas collection to pick up the dress, we were informed that the order was never placed. Of course this was very upsetting and her excuse was to blame her son since we placed the order with him. She saw how upset we were and told us not to be mad, her simple fix was to have it delivered to us, but how are we to trust someone who didn’t keep their word to begin with. She didn’t offer to start working on it, even after we told her we drove 23 miles to pick it up and didn’t bother to compensate us with a discount for not having it ready, when we asked if she would give us a discount she laughed and said that it was all we wanted, as if we had this whole thing planned. We’ decided to get our money back, we can’t work with some one who is not reliable especially if it’s such a special event like a baptism.
I do not recommend elenas collection.

By far the best customer service ever they did everything to accommodate my daughters dress for my wedding exceeded my expectation!

I am surprised to read bad reviews on this page. I have been to Elenas Collection store twice and absolutely love their customer service as well as the dresses they carry.

I called the owner and tried to get a dress from Unilocal she was nice enough to give me her phone number so I could send her a picture of the dress and she looked it up for me. they have beautiful dresses for a great price.

By far the worst custome service ever! I went to store personally and had ordered my daughters christening gown i had to go pick up 2 weeks later only to find out it wasn’t ready they told me they would deliver free of charge. When i received the gown it wasn’t even sewn on properly the dress was incomplete i called them up only to have to wait for the owner to call back which she never did i called back again she cursed at me and said she wasn’t going to do anything about it and wasn’t getting my money back and hung up on me. Thankfully i ordered ahead of time so i had time to once again go to store to try get a diff gown the owner didn’t even have the courage to go outside apologize for her behavior. Im surprised shes still in business she was very rude never going there again. Save yourself the trouble.

I found Elena’s dresses on Etsy and was ecstatic when I found out her store is in Los Angeles! The pictures do not do these dresses justice. Elena hand makes everything with the finest silk fabrics. The dresses are so soft for baby’s skin and are not difficult to put on at all. She really makes them with baby’s comfort in mind. When we visited the store, Elena was completely helpful and just the sweetest person. We purchased the most beautiful gown with matching bonnet, and slippers. Elena made sure to check every bit of lace and beading to make sure it was perfect. She also made my baby and matching headband for after the ceremony.
The day of baptism, we walked into the church and all eyes were on my daughter. Everyone said she looked like the royal baby!

I purchased the daisy baptismal dress and accessories: bloomers, shower cap, headband, and the absolutely perfect ballerina shoes (we didn’t even need the socksI). It was important to me to have a handmade silk gown. I had so many people tell me the dress was the most special they had ever seen. The family could not have been happier! Everything fit beautifully. It exceeded my expectations.
All the discussions were via email and the items were shipped to my door. Ordering in advance for a to-​be-​9-​month-​old was no easy task to size. However, Elena knew what she was doing! AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT ON ARRIVAL! Turn around time was quick. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!
For something so special as a baptism, I wasn’t looking to save money but was pleasantly surprised by the Value Elena offered. This dress looks much more expensive than it was. THANK YOU!!!

Very pretty and high quality gowns. I will be going back within the next few days to hopefully purchase one. Customer service was good, they talked about beginning to sell on amazon which is awesome because I’m a dedicated amazon customer

One week left to my sons christening and not only did they not have my order ready, they refused my business and cancelled my order because they didn’t want to give me proof that they would have the order ready by a certain day. I asked for proof of delivery from the owner that my order would be ready for a certain day because they had already pushed back the pick up day 3 times as each time it wasn’t ready for pick up, and she refused. NEVER order from this place, save yourself the trouble. By far the WORST customer service I have ever received! I got hung up on 4 times BY THE OWNER! Unorganized and unprofessional!!! I’m so livid and disgusted by how one can run a business and stay afloat with such poor customer service! Just a few days to my event and I need to look for a completely new outfit :(if I could leave 0 stars I would!

I am really surprise by the bad reviews. I got an amazing deal on two flower girl dresses and the customer service was great! Elena the designer was in the store to support me in selecting two dresses and her assistant Sonia was not only funny but amazing. The dresses are beautiful, well made and the flower belts nail the look. I can’t wait to see my nieces in them. I recommend for customers to check out the the store on Santee. The website does not do justice to all the beautiful dresses and accessories.
Several things have gone wrong in the process of my wedding planning (which is 9 days away), including the flower girl dresses. So you can only imagine how relief and blessed I felt, that I can go in today in the morning and purchase to beautiful flower girl dresses at an amazing price.

I had the worst experience possible. It was my son s party. I had ordered 2 dresses from Elena collection for my twin daughters. The Wednesday before the party I stopped by to pick up only to find out it’s not ready. She reassured me that she will send it to my house by Friday. Friday when the dresses arrived they were too big and didn’t fit. I called her. She saidshe has no time to fix it. Party being the next day. I was in tears. 350 guests and my girls had nothing to wear. I had to run out and shop for 2 new dresses… I found something for one but they didn’t have the size for my other daughter. To make a long story short my girls didn’t match at all and were wearing completely different style and look and color. I will never ever use Elena collection again. She never refunded me for the disaster either. She is nasty and terrible customer service. Be aware!!! There are more shops in downtown that have the exact look. I wish I had known then and used some other store !!!

This place is absolutely horrible!!! You honestly do not get what you ask for!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

The worst shop ever! Poor customer service and they do not deliver what they promise! DO NOT COME HERE! Especially its an important event!!! If u want yo get jipped and pissed off then u can come here!

I rarely give one star but here’s why… worse customer service skills ever!!! Smile, be nice and not so rude. Maria was absolutely the worse to deal with. My cousin had warned me about her before arriving. She had told she had asked «if the dresses would be ready by Thursday?» only for her to respond, «Did I say they would be ready by Thursday?» REALLY?! who answers a customer like that? My sister had mentioned another conversation with her as well that went along the same lines.
We had walked in only for her to talk to her coworker and be on the phone. When she finally acknowledged our existence, we had asked to pick up our flower girl dresses. She had told me that the policy was they needed a receipt. Listen, I get that is your policy but lose the attitude! Sometimes it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Or by all means at least offer a solution to the little dilema. It’s called customer service, ladies and gentleman. We finally got it squared away but the damage was done. I will not be sending any of my family here or if anything I will make sure they go elsewhere and trust me I have a huge family. Courteous customer professional service goes a long way for me. I don’t care what product you have to offer, if you don’t have that to offer, I can care less what your dresses look like.

Price is reasonable. The price is worth it.
