Selection is not anywhere near as good as most places. Sales people are not very knowledgeable about product and tend to be rude. I feel like the owners just opened the store to open one. Nothing unique or worthwhile here.

I give this place 4 stars because of the friendly helpful staff. Excellent selection in styles but poor availabilityin shoe sizes. I’ll be back when they have more sizes.

I’ve been shopping here for years and love the selection and frequent sales that they have. It’s always fun to stop in and see what’s new. My favorite part is that they often carry the same brands of shoes as the department stores, but they carry the styles that aren’t always as conservative. For example: one of my favorite pairs of shoes I bought were paten leather Sperry top siders. Everyone I met wanted to buy them off my feet. Only at Eilatan.
Styles range from sneakers to nice lace up shoes.

As knowledge is power, God bless the Internet especially during the holiday season. Through a brief, productive search I found Eilatan carried the Birkenstock™ line but it remained to be seen if the sandal my infirm friend wanted to buy for her son was carried here. I know, we could have bought on line, but this was her call.
With a gap of time in the midst of my day and the seasonal madness, I braved the Beverly Center, located Eilatan and was immediately greeted.
«Do you carry Birkenstock™ men’s sandals?»
«No.»
My heart sunk all the way to La Cienega and San Vicente as I turned to go.
Now what?
But in less than a beat a voice from the back of the store à la the voice Dorothy et al. heard from behind the curtain in the «Wizard of Oz» resounded, «Yes, we do! What size?»
7, wide, please! Score!
So much for seasonal help…
My friend couldn’t be happier to wrap this pair for her son. And if it’s not a «fit», they can be returned for cash before January 1, 2014, gift receipt issued. After that it’s store credit/​exchange only but I have a good feeling these shoes won’t be coming back!
Beverly Center parking logistics:

I’m very particular about shoe styles — something stylish and modern, yet timeless — and this store always seems to carry the style I’m looking for. Although, beware… the right style always comes at a premium price tag.
The sales staff is extremely helpful and available to place an online order if your shoe size is not available.
Overall, Eilatan offers a broad range of shoe styles which cater to the likes of many. I recommend!

Welp, I went in to buy a pair of Tom’s and they sent me home with two right shoes!!! I didn’t discover this til I was home. I had to drive all the way back to the Beverly Center to exchange them. TWO RIGHTS DON’T MAKE A LEFT!

This place is OK. There’s been times where I’ve walked in and not been greeted the whole time I’ve been there, which makes me not want to buy anything. but the one time I actually bought something I got a dude that was pretty helpful and attentive. (I wish I knew your name!)
If you like Jeffrey campbell this is your spot, they have a wide selection and at fair prices (compared to online JC sites)
But I give this place 3 stars because of the sh*t return policy. Store credit or exchange in 7 days? F that.
I would only go back for the simple fact they carry shoes I like that I don’t see in other stores very often, and i hate online shopping. Other than that, don’t waste your time.

I went to the mall looking for some decent shoes for my new exercise regiment. The people at Foot Locker were no help, so I walked into this store. While they do not sell many athletic shoes the manager suggested some awesome places to check out, and a few shoes they did have I may like. I found a shoe that worked, and was very comfortable. The next day it snapped while I was tying them, and they exchanged for a new pair no problem! Will be back for more shoes for sure.
And to top it off, shoes were not much (if at all) more then online retailers.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. After speaking with an associate that had NO clue what he was talking about I asked to transfered to the manager. So rude from the beginning. I would NEVER give this business my money. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I’m leaving for Paris in less than two weeks so I was at the Beverly Center with a list of things I needed. One of my priorities was getting some shoes I could walk somewhat comfortably in for long distances. I’ve heard wearing tennis shoes in Paris is practically a crime (not that I want to wear tennis shoes) and my normal collection of flats just won’t do for longer distances.
A few of my friends swear by how comfortable Toms are. I think they look kind of funny but I think I can pull ‘em off and they’ll work decently with my casual day time outfits. So I decided to give ‘em a shot.
I stopped in one place and asked if they had Toms. The woman barely even shifted her eyes in my direction when I spoke to her and simply said «no.» Awesome… moving right along.
As I passed Eilatan I saw Toms in the window. I went in hoping they’d be at least a little more friendly than the girl I had just dealt with at the other shoe place.
I was acknowledge immediately by a couple of really friendly, up beat employees, what a relief! I found the plain black Toms I had set out to try and within minutes I was in and out of the place.
I ended up wanting to return the ones I got for the bigger size (I was told they stretch quite a bit so went with a smaller size than I should have). The girl who helped me originally was there and she remembered me and made some small talk. She did my exchange quickly and again, in and out in a jiffy.
I was really surprised at how professional and friendly the employees were (especially considering the chick at the other shoe store looked like she wanted to stab herself in the eye with a stiletto rather than answer a simple question) and because of that if I ever need something Eilatan sells and I’m brave enough to go to the mall again, I’ll get it there.
I’m not a fan of their 5 days for refund/​10 days for exchange policy, I NEVER want to have to go back to the Beverly Center within such a short time frame but I guess that means that in the future I’ll just have to make sure to get the right size the first time… or suffer the consequences.
As for the Toms, they are pretty comfortable. I have no doubts they’re not meant for walking 10 miles a day in but I’m okay with having to suffer slightly for fashion.

so this store is in the beverly center … the only reason i walked in here was beacuse i seen shoes in the window i thought i couldnt live with out !!! so the girl there was really friendly helpful they didnt have my size so they said they would order it and it would take one to 2 weeks to get so 2 weeks pass so i call there like we didnt get them maybe another week or 2, ok let me tell u i loved these shoes i was willing to wait a bit more for them, so 2 more weeks pass i call, they told me they still dont have them maybe another week or 2 .WHAT … ok …
so by this point im annoyed i call again i tell them i have waited over a month the guy on the phone like what no … hello dude im not lying, hes like ohh you have been … sorry to say but DUH!!!
I GO INTO THE STORE TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE PERSON HELPING ME WAS LIKE THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED WHAT I WAITING FOR NOTHING UGH !!!

WORST STORE EVER!!! Please be VERY cautious about buying shoes here… as they have the WORST return policy and if you purchase shoes that end up not fitting and you try to return them YOU ARE SCRWED. I purchased a pair of Sperrys for my son for a dance, and they were too small, so I tried to return the NEXT day and first we were told that it was a «final sale» and werent returnable, however they were NOT displayed as a final sale item when we purchased them, so BE CAUTIOUS about that, THEN they tried to say they were «worn», …THEY WERE BOUGHT THE NIGHT BEFORE so they need to understand the term «worn» better. WORST management team,… dont THINK about writing to corporate.

Decent little store with a good selection of cool shoes, though their prices aren’t exactly amazing. It reminds me of Journey’s, except that Journey’s occasionally has great sales, I bought about 10 pairs of Onitsuka Tigers there for like $ 10 each once, it was amazing. I’ve popped into Eliatan a bunch of times, haven’t ever seen sale shoes for less than $ 35.
Good merchandise, great selection, average prices, average salespeople.

I was looking to try on two styles of shoes that I had found online. I called Eilatan at The Beverly Center and was told that they had them both in my size 13 and in black and that they would hold them for me.
I went to the store that Friday evening and was told that:
1) They had neither shoe in my size, but they had them both in size 12.
2) They only had one of the pairs in black.
I was told there was a new girl working and there had been an obvious mix-​up.
I tried the black pair on and and they were a little tight. I was told by the manager that they would stretch because of the materials used and it’s the way UGGS work, they stretch after some wearing.
I was also told by the manager not to worry, that as long as I didn’t wear them out and just sat in my home, that if they didn’t work that I could return them.
I purchased the $ 200.00 pair of shoes.
I wore them for 20 minutes that evening and put them away. Too tight. I called both their Irvine store and their online store the next day, Saturday, neither had my size.
I called the Beverly Center store the following Monday and left a message for the manager to call me back. I wanted to see if he could get me my proper size. No call back.
I bought a pair online in my size from the manufacturer on Wednesday and had them shipped to me. They fit perfectly.
I went back to Beverly Center to return the original pair of shoes less then two weeks later. Unworn, in original packaging, with the original receipt.
I was told,
«Sorry, Five day return policy»
The manager was called by the salesperson and I was told the same thing.
«Five day return policy»
I asked to speak with the manager on the phone and was told «No, he is not on the clock yet, but they would give me store credit»
And that’s that.
After petty bickering and being told that there is no other person to speak with except the owner and that that was not going to happen, and that I was told what the return policy was, and that was all that could be done, and that I must have been mistaken and not called and left a message, (even though my phone record says that I called at 2:20 the following Monday). So on, so forth.
It’s not really the money but the principal and of course, the «Five day return policy» Five days? Really?
That’s what I get for going to a store in a little known, hole in the wall, mall called «The Beverly Center».
Not really looking forward to see how this is going to shake out in the end. Buyer beware.

the worst place i have ever been to.
got a pair of shoes on sale and realized later that these shoes are not wearable. the back part of the shoes are as stiff as plastic and would scrape against my feet skin every step i take (foot neck part, is it called Achilles’ heel???). it hurt so bad that i couldnt walk. I actually got wounded and bleed IN SOCKS. (Before I bought it, I, of course, tried the shoes but it felt a little uncomfortable, but that was all. Wasn’t bad enough to make me think that it would actually peel off my skin, and I liked the design of the shoes, so I just decided to buy it.)
So I went to the store to refund and the boss there kept on saying the policy wont let her refund items on sale. Well, i thought there should be an exception when the damn shoes were totally not WEARABLE. and then she goes «call the company of the shoes i dont care anymore now that i got your money. I’m just following the rule and wont be fired or anything» COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE for what she is selling. i kept on trying to explain my situation and the problem with the shoes, and requesting for refund, until she got too «IRRITATED» to hear the customer’s voice and called a security.
She also made me a liar saying that whoever sold it to me «PROBABLY» told me about the refund policy and I should have known about it. There were THREE OF US when i bought the shoes and NONE heard anyone mentioning a word about that refund policy. I told her that nobody did not ever mention about the policy and she wouldnt believe it. This is her sentence: «I assure you that the worker probably explained about the policy.» Assure my ass. Also she said there had been no problems or complaints with the shoes in the past. So WHAT? i cant be the first one to have a problem? she is too stupid to think that if there had been no problems before, there won’t be any problems with anybody in the future. She does not have any logic. I mean… If she had any logic, she would at least let me exchange the item if not refund, when she sold a pair of shoes that hurts like a blade and is not wearable, regardless the policy. I dont think she believed a word i said about the problem of the shoes. I felt like i was very insulted.
This may be a rare case and i doubt anyone would encounter such situation, so this won’t apply to many of you who’s reading, but just wanted to let you know about how stupid and illogical the store you are about to shop is.

This is the first and only store I have ever had send me a free pair of shoes just because they were the last pair in stock and a few studs were missing.
I got a phone call from them about one hour after i placed my online order. They asked me if I wanted the bad news or good news first. The bad news was the shoes were a bit defective (ie. missing a few studs), the good news, they were for FREE! All I did was email Jeffrey Campbell (the maker of the shoes) and they sent me about a dozen or so studs to replace on the shoes.
I took the shoes to a savvy shoe repair and 3 $ later I had me a brand new spankin pair of flats!
Can’t beat that!

The place to go for Aisics Tigers and other hard to find shoes. They have really cute trendy stuff with a large array of prices and good sales. The staff is friendly and not overbearing which is a plus. I now prefer it over Sportie LA because they’re are more options for women and a more inviting atmosphere.

This store was a great find last weekend. It was refreshing to walk into a shop that carried smaller independent labels rather then the same cookie cutter looks that you find in every other store around town. You know who they are… Clarks, K Cole, Lacoste. C’mon– give me something original! Then I found it at Eilatan. J Shoes! Where have these guys been all my life? Finally ! A truly original brand with fresh designs. I bought two pairs and already can’t wait to see what they’ll be serving up next season. I’ll be in line! Oh and Megan the salesperson was super cool too. Thank you Eilatan!

This store should really be called «Beer Goggles»
Why, you may be thinking? Well so glad you thought.
I say «Beer Goggles,» because as you are cruising the mall to pick up on some cheap and easy scores, you may wander past this place and think, «Hey, how you doin’?»
The store will coyly say, «Damn baby, you foooine!!!»
You may be tempted to say, «So, um, you wanna like get together sometime?»
And of course this store is going to say, «Sometime!!! How bout now baby, come on in, I’m wide open and waiting for you!!»
Of course, you’ll be feeling good and on top of your game and will already be elaborating on the facts in your head to brag to all of your friends about later. But then you will get in this store and you will start to look around. You will see that this once hot piece of edible sole ass isn’t really as hot as you thought now that you see it in the bright light. You will then instantly start sobering up, the hangover headache will come on quick and your once high fiving, go me self will quickly realize, «Oh snap, this bitch is whack!»
Yeah, it’s kinda like that.
