This branch is great until something goes wrong! Don’t expect them to be kind or helpful once you encounter a problem (regardless of whether or not it was their mistake). Unfortunately, after five years of loving my bank and recommending their services, I am closing my account here. After repeated errors that the branch representatives would not apologize for or try to correct, I am leaving very disappointed.

Such a great neighborhood bank. It sometimes feels like I live in Mayberry when I walk in and the tellers smile and say hello to me by my name. I’ve even had a teller say, «Oh, I think we have your new checks in. Let me go get them for you.» I just love this place.
