Love this dental office. I knew of this office through a friend. I’m afraid of getting dental work due to past experiences and Jenesis along with Dr Villago, I felt at ease. Jenesis is so sweet, nice, and caring. She goes above and beyond to get her patients help.

Dr. Villago and her assistant Genesis are wonderful! I have a great fear of Dentist and this is the first time I have felt totally at ease. Both of them are very calming and handle you with care and patience. All steps are thoroughly explained as well as cost. Thank you to the staff. Great experience.

Dr. Villago is very gentle and thorough. I had my first appointment with her today. She took her time evaluating my teeth and doing a thorough cleaning. After our appointment she went through a proposed treatment plan w/​me based on my dental health and personal goals for my teeth. She was very clear and I didn’t feel like she was trying to up-​sell me or shame me into unnecessary procedures. Dr. Villago took the time to answer my questions and was very personable. Also the front desk staff and dental assistant/​hygienist were both professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
I only dropped my review 1 star because the office isn’t the most modern space. However, what the practice lacks in «looks» it makes up for in customer service and competence. I would definitely recommend Dr. Villago and I can see why she has such high ratings on Unilocal

The staff here is great. Dr. Villago always makes you feel welcome. Never had a dentist office that I feel comfortable going to. I would def recommend them.

I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time until finally asking a receptionist when I would be seen. He let me know it would be another ten minutes. An hour wait with no explanation or apology is unacceptable for a cleaning. My husband also had an appointment. They were 90 minutes behind — no one spoke to him either to let him know how far behind they were. We left and found another dentist with high ratings for on-​time appointments. I highly recommend seeking dental cleanings elsewhere. Most offices at least let you know if they are running behind and demonstrate a little respect for the patient’s time as well. Not here.

This place is awesome! They are so nice and helpful. I’m always hesitant to visit dentist offices because some dentists don’t pay close attention to your needs. This dentist office makes you feel at home. Very clean and nice staff

After so many problems with my doctor’s office, Eagle Rock Smile is a great example of how an office should run. All work is pre-​authorized, appointments are confirmed, no waiting, they are ready for you when you arrive. Dr. Village is very gentle. Couldn’t be happier. Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity, but they make it so easy. Been going here for years, always recommend them when I hear someone needs a dentist. Oh and the prices are great. Staff is friendly.

The atmosphere is clean and comfy. People who work here are nice and friendly. You’ll never regret going here :)
