We all experience death of a loved one during our lifetime, and I am no exception. The most painful event in my life was being widowed. I was immersed in the feelings, fears, and changes in life circumstances that are encountered after the loss of a spouse. Although everyone living through a loss has different experiences, grief is the one common emotion that brings people together.

Working with a therapist who understood my state of mind and my emotions, I was able to accept my husband’s death, reorder my priorities, and gain the strength to go on with my life.

Coping with these traumatic events has made me a more compassionate person and a better therapist. I am available to support you and help you too, carry on with your life.
