I was not a happy satisfied bride as they claim to be a professional company. From my engagement pics which were a waste of time to my wedding pics. Adriana thought it was her right to pic my pictures for my album also they were more focused on selling their pics at my wedding then taking picture’s of my guests. She was very unprofessional when I received my album they had double pics n there as well as some blurry pictures and white light in the faces when I called (after several calls) Adriana to get my album fixed she refused (sent me to voicemail) and said that her job was done with me and that was that. what kind of customer service is this? I ask her she didn’t even have the professionalism to speak to me but have others call me in her behalf also not responding to email or calls is so not professional as this is a business and if your client is not happy as a professional you should do what you can to make your customer happy as your business relies on recommendations You spend so much money on your wedding and the only memory you have is your pictures and to have the company you picked to tell you that they are done with you is not right but they had no problem in cashing our check I was not happy at all and would not recommend her for any weddings or xv I should have done more research in picking someone for such a important event in my life. Please be aware of them that are not what they seem. No stars for them !!!
