Digitech Solutions gave me all the help I needed with my hard drive «Mgr is missing» was my problem I wasted my time going to many places no one could fix it I guess my hard drive had crashed thanks to Digitech they fixed with in a couple hours I highly recommend them they can do some magic !! A+++

I tried to install more RAM in my $ 300 2 year old laptop, but didn’t know what I was doing apparently. After I installed it, the laptop appeared to be trying to boot but the screen was blank. I walked it in to Digitech and told Daniel the problem. He called me back within an hour and explained that I had blown my graphics card when I tried to install the RAM (Indeed, I Googled around and this is apprently a risk when messing with your RAM improperly). He explained that it required a fairly expensive replacement of the graphics card. (Another repair option is to try resoldering the card to the motherboard, but his shop doesn’t do soldering — and at that point, it was not worth tryting to find someone to do it and it still might not fix the machine). I just decided it was worth it to buy a new $ 300 laptop rather than pay for a repair for almost the same amount. Daniel did not charge me for the diagnosis. After I purchased the new $ 300 laptop, I brought the new machine back to Daniel to have him install my extra RAM. He turned the work around in less than an hour for a reasonable price ($ 60). Daniel is very nice and trustworthy. He will be my IT shop of choice going forward.

Needed a place to get my data recovered after my MacBook crashed. I thought I lost all my stuff but the Apple Store told me to try and get my data recovered, so I called around a bunch of places to compare prices and services, and these guys gave me the lowest quote with the most options for what they could do for my situation.
Came in and dropped off my laptop for a free diagnostic, and said they would call me before doing any work. I also brought my own external hard drive and left it with them in case I wanted to go through with the backup. Within 20 minutes they called and told me they could back up all my files in about an hour for $ 150, which is about a hundred cheaper than other places I looked at. I gave them the go-​ahead, and said they’d call again when it was done. I came back 10 minutes before closing and was told that it would only be another two minutes, but they told me to take a seat and even asked me if I wanted anything to drink! After everything was finished, they plugged in my drive to another computer to show me that everything was successfully transferred.
Overall a very positive experience for a very traumatic time in my life (LOL…but seriously) and I would definitely recommend!

Today I had an issue with my servers, cloud storage, and surveillance system at my place of business.
I found Digitech Solutions, Inc. on Google after searching for computer stores in downtown Los Angeles.
After walking into a tranquil computer store, I was approached by Michael. He was very professional and optimistic as I was under a lot of stress. He set up an appointment for later that afternoon since the matter needed to be resolved right away!
Michael did a walk around of my place of business and took notes as to what was needed. He put together an estimate right away, and we discussed the expenses. I okay’d the quote, and he sent his team the next morning to begin working. They got the job done in two days, and everything was working much better than before with more features than ever. I had more visual surveillance than ever before and more storage on my cloud, and the servers were running much faster and smoother.
Altogether, this was a great experience, and I would definitely refer them to anyone In California. They were fast, professional, and experienced in all aspects.

Jesus saved my laptop today. It apparently had some vicious malware worm virus which was eating everything. I dropped it off at 11:30am and he was able to completely fix it and remove any trace of the virus before it got to my core. The BEST $ 40 I have ever spent! I can not recommend these guys more! I called in for computer support and the team was able to help me get my system back on track by remote access. It went back to 100% and I was able to continue my work.
