Hampton is absolutely amazing!!!
I had Esurance for over a decade and, luckily before anything bad happened, I found out that I was not fully covered as I had thought over the years. I had a gazillion questions and he made sure that I understood the answers. Meaning, policy gobbledygook is way over my head. I repeat: he is absolutely amazing!

Hampton & State Farm really gives the best rates and service overall! I have checked several different Insurance agencies… and State Farm beat them by far. My coverage is awesome… my payment is very affordable and when I need help there right there for me! Gary Sinner and team have been phenomenal insurance agents. They are always available, willing to help whenever needed. I have been with them for three years and I have had the best experience. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have been a customer here for about four years now and I will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs. I speak directly to her husband Gary who is a great man. Anything I need I call him directly or I email him. My account is deducted monthly for our home and auto insurance.
These people are VERY honest and will do what is best for you and your family. If you need insurance, I strongly suggest coming here with all of your needs.

I inherited Diane as my agent from my parents, but I would never dream of leaving her office.
She’s very knowledgeable, and is always able to answer my questions! Gary and Hampton are great too, though I haven’t had to deal with them quite as much. I have both of their cell numbers just in case, which is a comfort because I know they’d be able to assist me whenever I need it.
Also, bonus scoop — the candy and pretzels in their office make any office trip delicious.

Her office was not able to set-​up my wife up with a non-​owner operator policy, but they referred me to a company that could. That leaves me with a positive impression.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Diane and Gary Sinner as my State Farm agent for over 5 years. Prior to State Farm I was with Mercury Auto Insurance and 21^st Century.
Gary has done a wonderful job determining the right level of insurance required for my automobiles, house, rental properties, and currently quoting life insurance.
What I appreciate most about Gary and Diane is their professionalism and patience. They take the time to understand my needs, and know that I’m a bargain shopper to hunt for the best quotes/​prices. They’re very honest with their opinions, and even compare competitor quotes to ensure a fair apples to apples comparison. Although they try to remain competitive, they also realize and understand they may not be the most affordable option.
However, despite that they may not always have the most competitive pricing, their service is impecable and worth paying a premium for.

I love this office! I’ve had auto insurance with State Farm since I was 15 years old, in two different states, so I obviously like the company, and Dianne’s office is my favorite so far. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been really nice, calm, knowledgeable and informative. And I love that Gary wrote a review, I’ve never met him live, but I’ve talked to him on the phone many times, and he’s definitely a real person, haha. Two big thumbs up for Dianne and her peeps ;)
